It baffles me why people continue to drive to their house when they know they're being followed. That is your safe place- not a location you want someone to know. Even if you have family there. Me personally, I would do a U turn and take some turns and lose em. If I couldn't lose em and felt a huge threat, I would call 911 and head to the police station. If it escalated before the police station, well... it would then escalate.
I don't get it either. The only times I've thought it a tiny bit acceptable is when people will have someone waiting outside the door with weapons and animals, like the one story of the chick whose boyfriend was outside the house with a piece and a big dog and the person sped off. But even then, if you've ever listened to real stalking stories, that doesn't even deter some people. So, it's better to not go home even if you have protectors.
@@bIametheniIeyes it’s stressful and I’m sure the panicking makes them not think straight. But cmon man if you’re being followed drive to the police station it’s common knowledge

All of these people are crazy with nothing to lose! I just went on a date last night with a guy from a Christian dating app. At the date he was cursing like a sailor and he was much different looking in person. All of his pictures on the app were much older and not recent. When I started talking about narcissists his face turned red as if he were uncomfortable. That’s when I knew he was a narcissist himself-that and some other things he had said. I’m glad nothing creepy like these stories happened but I know I must delete these apps for good! Loneliness can make you do some crazy things and be going out with some people you should have never met! This was very well narrated and very helpful for me to end these dating apps forever!
Story 1: I don't know what to say. This person said they don't talk on the phone or send pictures. Yet, they were confident they knew the guy. Even saying they knew it was a bad idea. If you get the feeling something is a bad idea and you know it's wrong, go with that feeling. It's a red flag telling you not to do it. Why would you agree to meet up with someone you never met or talked to? This story was so creepy and had so many red flags Story 2: Scary Story 3: Red flags and there is no way that was her house Story 4: Creepy girl Story 5: What I learned from listening to stories like this is, to never drive home if you are being followed. It's weird, strange, and really creepy
Story 3 I don't care for the "so I just agreed and followed her blindly without asking any details and kept driving" You were thinking with your d*ck Bro
Felecia there nothing more to say. I'm so glad so many women are willing to ignore the red flags. 2024 is GONNA BE GREAT FOR BEING CREEPY!! I'm going to accomplished so many feats. Best Regards CREEPY LARRY and Playboychoi she couldn't unmatched right away she like the attention however online isn't my thing I like doing my creepiness in person.
The person in Story 5 made many mistakes, but I do feel that if they hadn't called the police and had the man identified that he would have done something. That he didn't make contact with her at all when she was at the restaurant and specifically followed her home says that was his aim in the first place. He was either going to rob her or assault her or both. He only had that in mind. I think what so many people don't realize is that people aren't always on those apps looking for a date or even a hook-up, they're looking for a victim. A lot will even sleep with the people they find on the apps (hook-ups) but will still be attacked, robbed, or have their lives taken. Because the goal was never _mutual_ enjoyment. Like the last story, he never intended on anything other than taking.
It’s honestly shocking how little sense these people have. Especially the women in these stories. You’d think they’d be hyper vigilant about these situations. I just don’t get it… do they think they live in a movie or something?
Be quiet BREASHONTELL That what CREEPY LARRY is counting on. Its 2024 and i'm finessing my CREEP SKILLS. Ladies don't listen to BREASHONTELL if you lucky enough to be stalk by me hurry up and drive to your actual house.
I remember when I was younger and on the dating apps my guy friends made sure to tell me not to be the type of girl that goes to a guy's house for a "movie" for the first date.
Story 1 - I would’ve responded to the whole “between apartments” thing like “Okay then we’ll hang out in a few days when you’re moved into your new place, or we can meet at a public location like a restaurant.” I wouldn’t have just gone into a sketchy hotel room, especially on a first date with someone you’ve never met before. Absolutely insane.
Southernsass its 2024 that will no longer work. Trying to stay away from us CREEPS is going to draw us CLOSER! Speaking of which I gotta go. The woman I'm following at the store about to leave and I got to keep up. I hope she did what I ask in the letter I sent her when I told her she needs to by more snacks i haven't been able to watch her the whole time to verify that she did.
Yeah, I never understood why these people are seeing themselves being followed, but lead these creeps right to their homes. Even jailed, it’s never more than a few days, but you still live there and they will always know it now. Be smart, drive to a police station.
Bruh, when your guts tells you something is off, or when you feel like something is amiss or strange...GO AWAY!RUN! Why some people still keep going even when they feel strange or a bit scared? This is ridiculous!I honestly can't and won't ever feel pity or sorry for those that ignore the signs, ignore their own senses and still keep doing whatever dumb thing they're doing.
And for the love of fucking GOD! If you're going to watch someone outside your house remember to NEVER have a light on(so they can't see you) and NOT MAKE IT OBVIOUS you're watching them!Like opening the blinds/covers so OBVIOUSLY! Seriously, this is all common sense but people in these stories seem to lack this a lot!
Story 2 - let's goooo! The police caught the guy who was in OPs backyard! That guy must be Ryan, mustn't it!? OP should give a restraining order from Ryan!
First story is proof that sometimes people get what they deserve. WTF goes to, what they think, is the home of someone they’ve never spoken to or even seen???
That lassie is daft for even thinking that it was just a catfish, that was clearly someone with bad intentions not a catfish, think she still need to learn for this experience because she definitely didn’t learn the right things for this situationz
No matter WHERE you meet someone: Dating-app, online, or even through friends or at work........MEET IN PUBLIC! Even if you've talked to them on the phone, at a party, even at work. You don't know these people yet, not really. Have a date in a restaurant or meet at a bookstore. Never reveal your address or go to their home until you know them better.
Again assuming these stories are real (i think they are fake anyways) some people are just asking to be harmed LOL Story 1: You never spoke to the guy on the phone, never met him in person before (only going by a profile pic) he tells you to come over to his house but when you get to the location, you find it’s some sketchy looking motel. Why did you not leave right then and there? Story 5: I’m speechless☠️ You can see someone is following you but you thought it was appropriate to drive home? Anytime you feel you are being followed, drive to the nearest police station or go to a public place and let the staff know someone is following you and get them to phone the police. Don’t let the person know your home address.

I agree 100% about meeting on public on the first date! And maybe even several more dates. I always have. However, its very risky to meet people in just about ANY situation, not just on dating-apps. People need to be very cautious these days.

Hindsight bias. You have no idea what you'd do. Saying you'd do this or that in very stressful situations is meaningless.
My comment isn't bias, it's based off of experience.

Be careful with these dating apps, so many horrible stories we hear. Sometimes it's easier to meet through friends. Stay safe.

Nothing is too crazy in this world today. If you even believe you are being followed, do not drive to your house. Go to the police station.
