I love the free outlines you give on your website, it really helps with focusing on your lecture rather than just trying to catch up with the notes. I know they are not finished for all videos, but I just wanted to note my appreciation. I would love to buy the course, but I'm a broke boy (sad). Keep doing what your doing man, I love you.
I found this channel recently and I have to say, being primarily a you tube student for the better part of four years, this guy is fucking good. Dives straight into the concept and makes it relatively easy to understand.
There are multiple factors. The most significant in this case or reaction is the steric hindrance and inductive effect. Aldehydes especially methanal has very minimum steric hindrance and stability which imply its higher reactivity than ethanal and propanone. Hope, you will find this helpful.
I just wanna say that I owe you my life. YOU ARE MY CHEM TEACHER, the way you teach is so simple and understanding. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!
Glad to hear it, karina - Happy Studying!
