No issues for me wanting Stranraer to win, traditional club, finished bottom but with 36 points which is a decent total for a bottom club. Stranraer would be missed and the drop could've killed them. Spartans had about 250 fans in the Lowland League last season, this year they doubled that in League 2 - no reason why East Kilbride couldn't do the same, and if they did they'd have more than Stranraer with their 395. And not sure why dropping out of the SPFL would kill Stranraer, five clubs have been relegated yet they are still going in tier 5.
Having been in that situation with Cowdenbeath a few times (although we are now non-league), you captured the raw emotion of seeing a club survive being relegated from league football. Congratulations to everyone at Stranraer, a great wee club.
You still play in a league. The British media really needs to stop with the rubbish faux-existential "non-league" terminology. You dropped from the 4th to the 5th tier, which shouldn't be any more traumatic than dropping from 2nd to 3rd or from 6th to 7th.

Glad Stranraer won, have a look at the fans of EK, wee dudes as I have said before projects like EK and Darvel can only achieve so much, though at least Darvel has a genuine history behind them Stranraer could have been lost at the expense of a club who will eventually run out of steam or money.
At first, I thought it was Backpacker Ben on the thumbnail 😂
Sad for East Kilbride.. SPFL should allow direct promotion for at least the winner of Highland vs Lowland League and give the other one a relegation game opportunity..
It's not sad at all. EK and Chicken Mick did their best to buy the league, and still fell short playing a very poor Club 42. Delighted for Stranraer
A lot of wee guys with Rangers tops on.I guess Stranraer are just their "wee team".
Glad EK got beat can't stand si ferry
Can never get my head round celebrating like that after finishing bottom of your league
Most fans celebrate if their club narrowly avoids relegation. They are nor celebrating a poor season. I suspect its a huge relief at the magnitude of escaping dropping out of the league.
@@spacelab777 yeah I know they do but I still don’t get it .
most wearing Glasgow team colours as well, won't know half the home teams players names
