Hi, If you buy Skyliner ticket online, you still have to get the physical ticket at the station counter. Maybe you can check the terms and conditions on klook.
Hi, according to tokyocheapo.com/travel/transport/greater-tokyo-pass/ it doesn't cover the Skyliner, but you can get a discount with Greater Tokyo Pass.

Hi, I used the manual counter at immigration. But for autogate, your passport will be not be stamped by default. If you'd like your passport stamp, you may request one from the immigration officer after passing through the automated gate or before boarding your flight. www.moj.go.jp/ENGLISH/m_nyuukokukanri07_00016.html

thanks! We travelled to Tokyo city from Narita airport. For T1 to T2 I believe there's a shuttle bus to do that.
