My beautiful three year old son passed in 1989 from Neuroblastoma. He was diagnosed with cancer at nine months and when he was diagnosed he was already stage four. I think about him everyday as well as all the young children and young adults who are battling cancer and are beating it. I’ve been following your cancer journey and am encouraged by your whole videoing of it. You are so positive and upbeat. My son was diagnosed with work related stage 4 lung cancer that spread to his bones in February and now his brain. He went through 4 different rounds of chemo, each more potent than the last. They made him so sick with constant vomiting. After CT scans it showed they were not working. However, the gamma ray knife procedures on his spots on his brain are working. He is losing his battle with cancer. He is staying positive and continues to want to fight this thing. He is in and out of the hospital right now. He has had some small strokes and now told he has pulmonary embolism. He cannot eat any food or keep liquids down. He has a port put in to give him fluids but keeps vomiting them up. He has been trying to get into some trials in Chicago but they only have a 10% chance of helping. He keeps having to postpone getting to Chicago because of the vomiting issues. He was told he will develop pneumonia from the pulmonary embolism which will cause fluid buildup and that with not eating will starve or drown him to death. He’s losing the fight and has only less than a month left. I’m so happy you are doing so well in your fight with the cancer and have been rooting for you. Just wish his was so hopeful. Keep fighting and being so positive and upbeat. ❤
You’re such an inspiration to me, my 21 year old was diagnosed with the same tumor and underwent surgery May 30th 2024. He has 25 days of radiation left then Chemo will begin shortly after. He is progressing well. He’s got a great since of humor and is so determined! He is slowly getting some coordination back and some facial movement. He was diagnosed with vertigo about a year ago then more recently Bells Palsy and we asked for an MRI. Thank goodness we did! You are so beautiful and I’m very proud of you. Keep pushing and you are going to be fine. Much love to you and your family❤
