Miguel Cavalcante I draw them in Toonboom harmony, but you can draw the parts in Illustration, Photoshop, or Clip Studio Paint and import them into toonboom

That was an older pc I used, but it was a gaming pc from almost 7-10 yrs ago. Currently using a custom PC that is decked with latest specs and a rtx 2080 super
Nice! But working with Moho is much easier specially using controllers and turning character around. But when speaking about frame by frame animation, TB is much better.

its not 3D? why can you rotate the character
I made all the views with deformers so it can make multiple views with little work and almost no added pieces except for feet and hands.
