This is the second chapter of the Series and it is set directly after Joe storms out during dinner after Adam drops THE bomb...and what happens next!!!
This particular series is MY version of the events surrounding Adam's departure from the Ponderosa and a glimpse into my head and heart regarding the characters feelings. It is important when you watch that you forget what picture is to what episode because the only crucial thing is what I want them to say and do in the pics. The series is divided into 4 parts, each belonging to the feelings of one Cartwright--first Gentle Hoss set after Adam left, then Disturbed Joe right after he walks out during dinner then Retrospective Ben that evening as he waits for Joe to return and finally the Man himself throughout it all!!! I hope you enjoy and look forward to seeing if this series was a success!!

I am very grateful it part of my childhood l can remember Sunday night 9 pm n b c.
Than it move to Tuesday night for last three years over 400 episodes the last season without hoss.
Without hoss it not the same
But the last season only had 14 episodes it was still good. But it was cancelled Jan 1973. 1959. 1973. It never die the reruns live forever

I do believe in real life Michael took Pernell's departure very hard. In Michael's answer to a question on the Tonight Show about Pernell's leaving the show, he acted like it was no big deal when in reality it was. After all, they were like brothers.

It's very sad to know Pernell left Bonanza for money issues. Besides he always thought the show wasn't good enough for a true actor and a certain occasion said that for him it was ridiculous that a 32 years old man kept calling pa to his father as he had to do with Pa Ben. Sadly Pernell was far to be the loved Adam.
