when the temperature is on lowerr side and rising the interface moves inside but if the temperatures start going above 100 we loose sealing water n it starts overflowing through water side

Why the purifier shape is triangle in sludge deposit side why not square ?

hi,i have some problem with alfa laval mopx 205 purifier..the bowl keep auto flush when sealing water enter..using epc-41 parameter..but with manual manner seems to be ok can seal the bowl..whats the problem?
Auto flush? Is it overflowing ?
But if in manual runs properly then some electrical problem, iam assuming all parameters are fine when running in manual. Just let me know what u meant by auto flush
when closing water in and sealing water in automatically discharged the bowl through sludge drain
parameter sequence is like this closing water in 15scd then sealing in 45scd then oil in while this sequences run the closing water wont stop...till oil in...with this parameter run the bowl keep discharge cant seal
Oil is coming or water? If water is coming out then your sealing water is leaking if closing water is leaking then bowl will seal but sludge tank level will increase but if desludging water is leaking then bowl will not seal find out which water is leaking
Check the manual for different reasons for the same problem it vl help

While starting purifier amp increases but not coming down reason sir
Overhaul purifier n check every part something is definitely wrong, check the bearings spring check the distance as given in the mannual
