▶Vanilla Basque Cheesecake
Mold(cm) : 15(D) X 7(H)
1 serving
[Ingredients]
340g cream cheese
110g sugar
10g cornstarch
3 eggs
170g heavy cream
1 vanilla bean
10g lemon juice
▶Recipe
1. Cut the parchment paper to fit the mold and crumple it up.
2. Loosen the soft cream cheese at room temperature.
3. Add sugar and mix until smooth.
4. Add the sifted cornstarch and mix.
5. Add 3 eggs at room temperature in 3-4 portions and mix.
6. Add the animal cream at room temperature and mix.
7. Add 1 vanilla bean and mix.
8. Add lemon juice and mix.
9. Strain the dough using a sieve.
10. Pour the dough into the mold.
11. Remove air bubbles.
12. Bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
13. After cooling sufficiently at room temperature, rest in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours.
14. Enjoy the delicious vanilla Basque cheesecake~
