But it's hilarious to see people still getting mad at the Bucks when Punk failed to even make it to the halfway point. You don't know the Bucks wouldn't put their feelings aside. You DO know that Punk was such a dimwit that he started two fights on AEW's biggest shows.
Komander going from one rope to the other should not count as entering and leaving the ring because the top rope is technically considered outside of the ring.
I agree, there are way too many Championships, and I hate the ROH titles being defended on AEW TV. MJF holding an ROH title despite never stepping foot in an ROH ring is absurd. When Tony Khan first bought ROH, my idea was to make it feel like a completely separate entity, like NXT was to WWE in 2015-2019. Have guys who are exclusive to Ring of Honor, which in turn will make people want to go out of their way to watch ROH. The Briscoes being exclusive to ROH is really what sold those PPVs in 2022 in my opinion. Instead, TK turned the ROH show into AEW Dark 2.0 and cheapened the belts to the point where they feel like secondary titles. The one point I disagree with you guys on is the Omega-Takeshita build. They had been feuding for three months at that point, wrestled in a couple of multi-man matches, and Callis/Takeshita cost Omega several important matches over the summer. The language barrier probably prevented them from doing more, and Omega has always struggled with conveying anger in his promos, but I thought it was a pretty solid build all things considered.
Personally the Callis stuff is annoying because while he is a heat magnet and great at that, his actual stable is not. Talented wrestlers no doubt but all the matches have this annoying sense that he’s in the way of making them major stars. Get out of my Forbidden Door Main Event (1/2), and let Ospreay and Omega speak for themselves. Kenny’s losing but Takeshita’s not ascending
Also, small sidenote regarding strap matches: The one between Sting and Vader at the Superbrawl in 1993 is often considered among the best strap matches, if not +the+ best. So in case you haven't seen it, you might want to check it out.
THANK YOU JAY for that Oppenheimer review. I feel like the way Reddit's been raving about this movie, feels like I'm living in an alternate universe. I feel like Memento, Inception, The Dark Knight, and The Prestige are more well rounded, better executed films in his filmography. Even Dunkirk is a better executed story. No means is it at the bullshittery of Tenet. It's a fantastic film. Just not the level that Nolan & company are capable of creating.
Oh shit this just started, right on! First time watching anything “live” on UA-cam and I’m privileged enough to watch this at work :) now I know for sure, my life is good
It's funny watching this now where Takeshita hasn't won a meaningful match since, Starks was put in the tag division where he did well before getting jobbed out to Sting, 'massive star' Jay White just got Hardcore Holly'd by a 60-year-old Billy Gunn, Ruby Riott is doing some comedy stuff on the C-show and Samoa Joe is the world champ (I like Joe, but I'm with OOC that it's way too late for that). Say what you want about Punk, but none of that is his fault.
Absolutely LOVE J.R no longer giving AF at this point in his career; i popped 😭 when he said "now that's a hell of a collar n elbow tie up - these two locked horns, like GROWN ASS MEN!" *Sockface: "........collar and.... elbow ... tie up - the-these two... men.." J.R was def throwing shade hahaha
I think Khan mishandled the whole Punk/Elite situation. I highly doubt some big ongoing feud like that happens under Vince especially if it's hurting business and carrying over onto television. If I were TK, I would have gotten Punk, Omega, Hangman, and Bucks all in a room, while being there as a mediator of sorts, telling them they weren't leaving until there was a resolution to this feud and come up with a way they can make money from the heat between the two parties.
Jim Cornette said it: "Tony Khan handed Punk to WWE, got Punk lots of money, & is now sad that he & Punk aren't friends anymore. That's the worst part for Tony Khan."
No matter how Miro does in wrestling or streaming, he has won the game of life. I don't even have to say her name....but I'm thinking it. Miro would remove my head from my body and play volleyball with it if he knew what I was thinking.

You DO know that Punk was such a dimwit that he started two fights on AEW's biggest shows.
Komander going from one rope to the other should not count as entering and leaving the ring because the top rope is technically considered outside of the ring.
It might be the 100th time I've seen the Cage Theme edit, but it always hits like the first time.
This is so awesome..so happy this dropped. Love ya lads
Yeah, but its no Shad vs JTG...
The Alvarez bit kills me everytime man.
1:41:52 "I love how we bully someone different every show" 😂😂😂😂
Always happy to see the new osw video imma watch for the next 3 or so weeks back to back as I grind some games out. Love your stuff guys
Ruby soho looks like an enemy you beat up in streets of rage
THANK YOU JAY for that Oppenheimer review. I feel like the way Reddit's been raving about this movie, feels like I'm living in an alternate universe. I feel like Memento, Inception, The Dark Knight, and The Prestige are more well rounded, better executed films in his filmography. Even Dunkirk is a better executed story. No means is it at the bullshittery of Tenet.
It's a fantastic film. Just not the level that Nolan & company are capable of creating.
To state the obvious: Jeff Jarrett is great.
And Smart
*_Taps the Temple_*
The on-screen stip of the battle royal "Winner gives $50k to a charity of their choice" sounds like a threat.
Alvarez has a shot at hall of fame
Do you think he'll prepare a speech, or call it in the ring?
@@OSW is there any other way? Do the thing that got him to the top.
You mates are the only way I can watch modern day wrestling now days. Thanks guys!
Another fantastic episode, and I'm glad to see the return of What Bar.
It would be great if you guys re-edited this to include the footage
1:25:49 Shout out to the Millennium Puzzle belt!
funny how this aged
The Alvarez bit has been the best thing since "Horace is the Key"...!
Not sure if it's true but I read it on the internet lol Nolan asked Florence to get them out so he could get a R rating and she agreed so good on her
Let's go! Never enough OSW doing AEW!
Laughed too hard at the "
Oh shit this just started, right on! First time watching anything “live” on UA-cam and I’m privileged enough to watch this at work :) now I know for sure, my life is good
Punk had the last laugh. The Young Bucks are jokes.
While I don't wish ill to people and I hope Punk finds happiness and stability in WWE a part of me can't wait for the next part of the saga.
It's insane how AEW has torpedo'd since Punk
Aw Smackdown Statlander is so adorable 🥹
14:32 the fastest V1 has ever been proven wrong lol, ahhh Jay! put this out right after survivor series, jobbing out V1 hard there
Absolutely LOVE J.R no longer giving AF at this point in his career; i popped 😭 when he said "now that's a hell of a collar n elbow tie up - these two locked horns, like GROWN ASS MEN!"
*Sockface: "........collar and.... elbow ... tie up - the-these two... men.."
J.R was def throwing shade hahaha
The first ten minutes, some of the funniest OSW yet.
In other news, Ruby is the fucking best.
44:15, a bit of Shadowrun. Excellent. Just broke out my copy this week for another playthrough.
I know his true name not to be Nirwanda.
+100 karma to you brother
It's a full moon right now, and I swear I see Chainsaw Charlie. #RIPTerryFunk
1:45:30 just killed me out of nowhere. YEAH
Jim Cornette said it:
"Tony Khan handed Punk to WWE,
got Punk lots of money,
& is now sad that he & Punk aren't friends anymore.
That's the worst part for Tony Khan."
No matter how Miro does in wrestling or streaming, he has won the game of life. I don't even have to say her name....but I'm thinking it.
Miro would remove my head from my body and play volleyball with it if he knew what I was thinking.
