I'm an empath. I was asked to remotely participate in a prayer session with a shaman many states away, to help cleanse a man of possessive spirits. I was skeptical, but it seemed as if that could o ly be a good thing, so I did. I was attacked in two dreams that night, and when that failed, I was physically "jumped" omw out of the shower the next morning. I was thrown to the floor and extremely physically ill (cold sweating, nauseated and unable to move) this went on for about 3-5 minutes u til I said out loud "you may have control of this body but you can't touch my soul" and it stopped as fast as it began. It took me quite a few minutes uses to even get off the floor. I crawled into my bed and just laid there until I was okay again. No matter what, keep your faith and remember that you are not your body. This is real 💯
Well, unfortunately dark entities CAN jump you or influence or possess you and make your body delete someone or yourself so it's still dangerous

Yes, At the Nathan Hale Homestead, as I was walking past the barn, w my wife ( a sensitive empath)- it was padlocked from outside that day, there was banging on the doors, the hinges shook. ( The show " Ghost Hunters" was filmed there). CT. natives, still here in our 70's.
@@franciskane540I've been to the Nathan Hale homestead twice. I don't live far from the house in Cromwell, CT. I used to live near Coventry and I lived in Tolland, CT for 25 years. Tolland has a very old Jail that is a haunted tourist attraction. Also, the Benton Homestead in Bolton, right over the Tolland line, is Very haunted and they give tours as well. It seems as if the spirit or entity was trying to isolate him in that house. It drove everyone away but him! He didn't seem to be experiencing things as much as the others until he started his own investigation. Ashley said that in the voodoo ritual they communicated and the spirit said he couldn't sell or leave the house or he would die. So that makes the isolating him make sense.
I rent my rooms out, I draw the line at voodoo rituals in my attic… maybe I should right that up in my rental agreements 🧐

True that the spirits were already there, but you have to admit that Ashley bringing voodoo priests to the house to cleanse the house wasn’t exactly a smart thing to do. She claims to be a white witch and can cleanse dark spirits and then literally goes to a darker form of witchcraft in order to get rid of said dark spirits. That’s like trying to put out a fire by dousing it with gasoline. So, while Ashley didn’t start the hunting in that house, she certainly made an already troubling situation much, much worse.

I think Mark is the only one I’ve seen who not only refused to be chased away (especially with it being his childhood home) and faced the spirits head-on and wasn’t afraid.
I also like how his sister helped him up to the house as far as the door but refused to step foot inside and just leaves Mark lol

It's not certain a priest would be able to close the portal as not all portals can be closed. He would need to figure out what made it a portal, if someone opened it or if it was there naturally, and then maybe get it closed. If that's not possible, he need to find ways to make it so nothing bad get's out.

Some trained in demonology and know who sits on the council in hell. But they are far and few between. Deliverance Pastors, who have special training and know what they are doing, usually get the job done too . Priests have access to other people who can advise them how the portal was opened and how to close it. One priest hasl a highly specialized man who goes out in the field and investigates , advises people too., yet he is not ordained . It really depends on the church and who heads it. Some Priests will run when things start to show up or make sounds . I only know of perhaps 2 deliverance pastors that were strong enough and knew enough to stop strong paranormal activity. One case the Anthropologist that brought back a curse object was killed by the spirit or demon attacked to the cursed object. The deliverance Pastor a stop to whatever was attached to the object !

I've watched a gazillion videos of hauntings and paranormal activity. But this stands out as the *ONLY* one where the psychic, the investigator didn't try to cast off the spirits for the homeowner. They just kinda said * well, good luck, dude!* And left.

I'm an empath as well, it's exhausting! I'm ok with most old places, I actually love them. I'm an old soul. But I do stay away from places that make me feel sick. U know what I mean. I've gone to places where I had gotten sick just stepping through the door! That feeling of dread and hopelessness, nausea, head aches, anxiety. It comes out of nowhere! It makes u feel crazy sometimes. I went to look at an apartment years ago while I was 7 months pregnant! And this happened to me. I didn't even want to go all the way in and check the place out because it was so heavy and suffocating in there. That feeling of dread came over me and I had to get out of there. My step mom was with me and I felt like a nut case because she was asking me why I left without even really looking at the place. I hesitantly told her why, she looked into the address because she remembered something that happened there back in the early 80's. It just so happened that a murder took place there when it was still a house and not 2 apartments. It was a hate crime too, the man was gay. I'm sure such a horrible traumatic death left it's imprint behind.
I've lived in a couple of haunted houses throughout my life, which was not just my account but also others. They were not nearly like Mark's, much more subtle. I currently live in one but would hardly know it now. I have friends who have seen at least two ghosts here, but I have not. I've felt (them) - like someone pressing on my bed when I sleep, my computer turning on and playing UA-cam in the middle of the night but that's about it. Nothing misplaced or gone missing or flying across the room. The issue of the bed was the creepiest and luckily doesn't happen often anymore. I got a book by Fr. Chad Ripperger "Deliverance Prayers: For Use By The Laity" and it has helped in my situation, which wasn't that terrible to begin with, but now nothing. I'd recommend this book to Mark since he wants to stay in his home and battle these himself. In his case, I'd get a priest involved, though. These are almost certainly demons and that takes sacramentals and the authority of the Church, which has command over them to deal with. This way they won't be back ever.
I believe you! I no longer go to church, but my Faith is strong! My life was very hectic and now that I’m older, I’ve had time to think about things. So many times in the past I reacted to what other people were saying or doing…. Then I realized I’m very empathic. I now temper myself when around others so I won’t react but act out of love.
@IRHanley it actually began playing a video that I closed earlier that day and I remember it well, was a sad story of boyfriend murders girlfriend. So it has to open my browser history and bring it back up, too. It seemed to me to intentionally select that video out of MANY for some reason.

Following the “Great Chain of Being,” which states there is a gradual increase in complexity, created objects move from unformed inorganic matter to biologically complex organisms. Therefore, there must be a being of the highest form of good. This perfect being is God - very Platonic (philosophically).
5 Design: All things have an order or arrangement that leads them to a particular goal. Because the order of the universe cannot be the result of chance, design and purpose must be at work. This implies divine intelligence on the part of the designer. This is God. Otherwise, from the materialists perspective, it would be like cutting a bunch of letters, putting them in a cannon, firing it,and it comes out as King Lear or whatever classic you wish to pick and is completely improbable (like intelligent design happened by accident from some big bang, which somehow caused itself and made itself). And now you have it.

Me too! I'd throw a bunch of crucifixes, a Bible, Saint medallions, and any other protective items I could find down there first! I'd keep sone relics around the outside of it too! Kind of like a seal! I wouldn't take any chances.

Tell me, what can paranormal investigator do? Can they get rid of the demons? Many reasons why that house is haunted: cursed objects brought in, dabbled in the occults, cursed land etc.
The man who purchased the house has supernatural abilities that he is not yet aware of. There is a well at the back of the house somewhere also.

Coming back from a trip to New Orleans and being spiritually darker afterwards sounds true to me.
As soon as she said she was going to New Orleans, I knew she was going to find someone or something to help with the situation at the house. So the little girl spirit was there because she wanted to know where her mom went, but WHY was she there... what I mean is, she had to have passed away as a little girl, right? So what happened to the little girl? There's more to that story that the psychic didn't share or that she didn't pick up on.
I asked my self why that portal didn't close when he has cold paranormal investigator and medium? Now he must live with good and evil in his home and if something like that happened to me and bean throw from the roof I will leave house and never come back.

My most favorite show. I had several experiences of the paranormal. I woke up one night i was staring at the wall in the dark. It freaked me out. I heard a voice say turn on the light. I instantly ran to my bed hid under the covers. Several people say i have psychic abilities. I seen several spirits and i seen things moving by itself. I've also had visions unfortunately they came true. My dad's house was built in the 1940s. Every time i felt like i was being watched ive had the same nightmares. But i haven't had experiences for a few years. I thought i seen my brother upstairs. It looked like my brother but he had blue hair and he wasn't dressed like i seen i looked at him and then he vanished. He came upstairs i asked him if he was up there he said no. It freaked me out. I ended up listening to prayers on my phone it helped. I even have a crucifix in ny room hanging there. It helps keep me safe.

Jeez, wells give me the creeps, always have. They're creepy enough when they're outside, but to have one in the house, that to me is terrorizing! Cisterns are just as creepy to me as well. The very idea of either gives me shivers!
