If you want to see a different take on mei on piano go and search for marasy8. His version is mixed with mendes (or something I'm not very knowledgeable on beatmania). He does play technically less of the song, but you can hear the difference in the sections for play.
I'm not saying playing it would be impossible, but it's pretty farfetched to think that someone could play such an extremely fast melody so FLAWLESSLY as to be able to cut it up into 2000 little bits to make a IIDX chart out of.
