It's cool that they tried to bring Norse mythology into SCP, however the writing fails to grasp how large Jorgmungandr is. Jorgmungandr being in a cave is like a mountain being inside a mountain, and taking a picture of that creature again would be like taking a picture of a mountain. You wouldn't be able to capture a full image of it without about a mile of distance between you and it.
Caves can be HUMONGOUS! Not to mention a cave can be found above, at, and below sea level. We know little to nothing about our sea, land and universe. We are eager to learn but until all possible avenues are proven false we truly cannot truly know what is possible or not. Just saying... how many "conspiracies " we thought were crazy that ended up real? Or we all suddenly forgetting we are all (atleast u.s. citizens) being monitored?

Mannnnnn glaciers are OP they are the perfect seal for any creature, like if you need some old animal or alien, just throw in a glacier and you're pretty much done giving a reason to why it's alive till this day

class - Euclid, the rubber is an scp with knowledge of many other scps, their face is a rectangle and it has been known to have no ears, they know a lot of scps and other creepypastas as it is unknown of their origins.
Jörmungandr the serpent that can encircle Midgard, the one who fought Thor and got sent back before he was even born, the serpent that is the last of the Giants
The whole " sent before he was born " is purely from the game GoW. In the Norse myths, Jörmungandr, died in his fight against Thor that died after a few steps, killed by the poison of the beast.

@Nick linaras The other gods are dead or deciding to not engage. Too many of them died beating it and those that did survive have permanent health issues. They agreed to fight it the first time because they didn't realize how strong it was and were hopped up on ego.
In god of war 4 the world serpent was very nice and Thor was an asshole that killed everything

I was playing GoW yesterday so this is more like reviewing an "SCP" I already know lmao
SCP-722 What must be known: the serpent is an equalizer or leverage against other dangerous entities.
Other gigantic entities are kept at bay by the presence of it and usually after a hard battle with other gargantuan bad beings it can be defeated.
It is better to be awakened much more later and it will do it naturally to defeat pestilent gigantic beings that are truly demonic, but the serpent overall keeps things balanced somehow and it can devour entities that are beyond this realm that fears him.
It is neutral but is also very destructive.
The killing of Jormungandr marks the entering into a new vibrational higher dimension for planet Earth and humanity, until them we have time to prepare and make the world better and more healthy in all other aspects.
Also the Snake can be destroyed by inside using a combination of both technology and magic because it's a very resistant being.

As a Norse mythology nerd and a mythology nerd in general I cannot describe the amount of happiness I am feeling! Norse myths are usually in the background compared to Greek mythology.
I love the color and art style
For my knowledge Jörmungandr only hated the AEsir, so...the only ones who should fear that it would wake up would be the AEsir that were left; the universalist order of the AEsir that works with the GOC for example
It may be true that Jormungandr only hates the Aesir, but the sheer intensity of the battle between it and Thor is what basically destroys the earth; that, and its poisons would destroy all life.

As a swede, we learned about this in school. In Swedish Viking times, they called it Midgårdsormen, which directly translates to “The Mid-Garden Snake”.
Hey I also live in Sweden. Yes it's almost as if all nine realms are gardens. Bonus is that the rubber forgot that he only used the god of war design. The original was a giant snake. Just a plain old snake. Also fun fact, he did not bring in Loki or his other children. The snakes poison not only kills gods but also destroys all it touches. The snake grew a lot because Odin threw him into the ocean giving it an endless supply off food. It's pretty much Odin's fault that he grew so big.

You seem to be improving with each new video, nice. Though, could you do some older and underrated scps like scp-208 please?
Advice from 173 himself! You should try putting it against 682 if it is to let go of it's tail. Maybe add a few other SCPs. And Thor might be good to fight it too. Just make sure none of the SCPs get away after. After all. If Jormungandr gets defeated. All the other SCPs that may have been selected to fight it will then run away. Oh. And. Before that. make an experiment with some not already tested healing SCPs against it's poison. So more tests can be done.

I wonder if the Dragonslayer and White Serpent (5514) stand a chance. Maybe recruit 076, 3740 and Samsara to assist in the fight. There’s another one I’m thinking of too that I can’t remember the name of, something about a spot on Mount Olympus occasionally producing hostile reality warpers, and the Foundation having a team of recruited ones to help with containment.

I think that snake is also a god, a kind of poison god, that explains why his poison is stronger than any kind of poison in the world.
But I think that even if his father hadn't entered, the fight would have ended badly for one of the snakes, but also for us, being a fight between two very strong giant snakes.

I recently played god of war as it came to PC and I Jörmungandr was awesome when I played it, so seeing this is just awesome (and yes, I know it's based off of Norse mythology)
