@@Tennisfiles It's just basic Kung Fu stance training. 70/30 leaning slightly forward. 90/10 (cat stance) most of the weight on the back leg and front foot toes touching the ground. Horse stance 50/50 kind of like a squat. Technically the 70/30 switching stance sides drill is used primarily with upper block and reverse punch drilling.

I'd say switching from side to side 70/30 stance with horse stance in transition. Though switching 90/10 stances is useful too.
