I lost my mother(best friend) to cancer abruptly and hearing Rel talk about his situation resonated with me so hard and I never thought I could relate so much to another persons grief. Guilt, stress drinking, focusing on the work to avoid pain, having a panic attack and no idea why and that need to "figure this out" I have so much more respect and love for this man!
THIS WAS EPIC!!!! I love it. And love seeing Rel getting his due. I especially liked you all talked in great detail about therapy. I'm so happy times have changed that therapy is considered good. Especially as a Black man in the U.S. Again this is great! Keep em' coming, Neal!

I wish it was more acceptable for women to do the same. I want full grey hair that I can easily dye any color and for people to tell me how young I look because I have grey hair 😅

Started dabbing tip with TP, following the last 3 squeezes, many moons ago, as the drop or two than showed up in my drawers (worst case: commando in jeans,) was annoying. Now, at 65, coupla years into diagnosed and medicated BPH, im'ma take my damn time after bleedin' the lizard. Full disclosure - i'm a lazy sumbitch, so i've been sitting down to pee for decades, since i loathe scrubbing bathroom floor. No shame in my game - rather be in the gym, than on my knees with a bucket, or mopping at all.
