Christmas Fruit Cake | No Oven | No Soaking | No Beater | No Alcohol |

Ingredients {my 1 cup is 250gm}
Unsalted Butter - 1/2 cup
Dry Fruits - 1 cup
Brown Sugar - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Almond and cashew sliced - 1/2 cup
Orange and Lemon Peel - 1 tsp
Eggs - 2
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Cloves Powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Garnish with some sliced almonds/Cashews.
Preheat the cooker for 5 minutes in high flame.
Keep the cake mould with batter.
5 minutes in high flame and 38 minutes in low flame.
So total it takes around 43 minutes.
If needed you can brush with wine or alcohol after cooling the cake.
