Good for you, Eric. You're correct to be concerned about the future. We all are. Probably a good idea you now have land you can park on. Enjoy starting a new chapter!
Eric saying he might one day be a homesteader. I'm trying to imagine him with a flock of chickens and growing green beans to can over an outdoor fire. What a hysterical picture that is in my mind. Eric, do whatever you need to do to stay afloat as long as you catch us up with what you continue to do. Your excitement for your current life is wonderful to watch.
Hello there😊. You obviously feel better. Happy to see that. This new adventure will be fun to watch and see how you make this your own. Video as much or as little as you choose…..just be happy. I have followed you for quite a while and have enjoyed it. Loved the Route 66, unique and quirky, Disney, col, towns and and and…. Now this base/home/rv camp etc will be as enjoyable. This country is a mess and it makes me sad. So having you ( and a few others ) sharing videos sure help. I wish I could have a small bit of property in that area…but my age and small family keep me here in Colorado. I love Colorado and my home and my class b roadtrek van. I do my best with each day. After my DH passed 4 years ago I take one day at a time. If it is good HAPPY DANCE but if not so good…well I do the best I can that day. Okay enough Marcie…ERIC have fun and enjoy and love those kitties. Looking forward to what you will be sharing

I love what you’re doing now. I’ve followed you from the beginning and will continue to do so as long as you make videos. Opie’s tail was waving like a flag with happiness at the freedom run! So darn cute!🥰😽
I've been along for the ride for a good few years now and i am really looking forward to the new chapter Eric. I wish you heath, wealth and happiness in you new home.
I imagine you're a lot like me. I don't get lonely. The beauty of the outdoors, my pet, and the peaceful solitude is all I need. Those three give me great joy and happiness.
You sure kicked Opie's instincts in letting him go off leash. Could see he was almost overstimulated when you finally picked him up to go back in. Might want to watch he doesn't dart out the door now that he knows what is out there.😉
We just left the area a month ago. We like the area very much and looked at properties there. who knows maybe some day. You need to do what brings you happiness. People who haven’t been to Arizona don’t realize how awesome it is. You could do enough outdoor content to fill many UA-cam channels. It is a state that has everything but an ocean and Southern California isn’t that far if you need a beach fix!
I agree some people are married surrounded by people and feel alone. Other people can live alone and have unlimited freedom and very seldom feel alone. New chapers are the best. Keep an open mind enjoy your off road time with those kitty's friends great weather and of course us followers of your channel. So happy for you Eric, hugs.
We retired in 2017. Traveled until last year in a Class C! Loved it but then gas went up and had a hard time finding reasonable places to camp when we weren’t boon-docking. We sold Rv and started staying home and making things fun here. Still miss Colorado and RVing but vey happy at home.
@@kenkrummenacker4241 okay since you don't know, we have China and Russia on our doorsteps and a president that is out of touch and is constantly falling down!

Camp is looking good there Eric looking like a real home site. Two things I would suggest if I might 1. Put your starlink up in the air about 15 foot or so I'm sure you'll see a huge difference. 2nd. I know it doesn't rain often there but when it does it is usually monsoons storms so I would put a flat board or piece of metal underneath your kickstand on your bike. Awesome video!
My hubby and I are so happy for your new property - home. It will be fun to see you get settled in. You were so smart to put in the septic tank. Pets for the kitties.
Eric, it might be safer to keep the leash attached to Opie. That way if he runs you can step on the leash to stop him. Also, they have, for lack of better term, play pens, for animals. They are covered top to bottom with screen like material. Might check it out.
We live in New Mexico. Make sure your cats have safe places to get away from predators. Coyotes, owls, bobcats, snakes, loose dogs; all are animals to watch out for. Cats are curious and can get themselves in trouble.
I am always ready to dive into your videos. I recognize and appreciate all of the work you put into getting them to us. Excited to see what you do with the property. Keep posting 👍👍🤗
It's not foolish to think that way about UA-cam Eric! That is just the way of life. It's always good to have different options and diversify! You do what makes you happy and just keep living life your way! I'm so glad you have the resources to do this... clearly you've done plenty right!!
I think i speak for a lot of people that this "homesteading" is really in the same category or interest area of nomad living. Its all just a form on minimalism. Im not any less interested in what you're doing whether you're tiny house/off grid living vs on the road RVing. Im just as interested in what your doing on the property, in fact its fresh and im keen to see what you do with it ^_^
I for one am really looking forward to watching this new part of your life unfold. I know you have a ton of things that need getting done but I would be such a happy subscriber if you were to build an epic catio for your fur babies. Put wheels on it so you can move it wherever you are on the property. I think you are making some solid plans for your future and I am really happy for you.
What a beautiful homestead. Those stars at night were amazing! Bet your views skyrocket with this kind of content! 🙌👍 Best wishes from Marsden, West Yorkshire.
I am so happy for you, Eric. Your joy is refreshing and your campsteading is exciting. My daughter, Shannon and I have watched all your videos together for years. We will love your videos just seeing you enjoy your life. We love your property and what you are doi ng with it. I am so proud of you. You are so kind and fair and fun. 🐤🌻
You’re channel has taken on a whole new level of awesomeness! Love this new direction as my wife and I are doing something similar with some land in Wisconsin. Eventually we’ll need some land in a nice warm area for the winter and then we’ll be set to retire and live at our camps. I’m getting great ideas from you and living vicariously through your show. Thanks, Eric!
Nothing wrong with living solo! I have been single for 30+ years.....some folks just take to it and some don't. Your property will keep you busy and you will have friends stopping by.....a new adventure is just starting! An totally enclosed outside cat room would be nice. Something snakes cannot get into......you provably have plans for something like that!!
UA-camr The Kitten Lady who lives in the desert in southern California just had a small rattlesnake in her catio that bit one of her cats. They rushed the cat to the emergency vet and it is fine. She said you have to call ahead and find a vet that has the antivenom.
@@nomadicfanatic And maybe make sure wire goes a foot below the surface to try to prevent burrowing critters from making their way in...snakes will use tunnels made by burrowing critters.
Hello there Eric Tara and Opie. What a beautiful property you have there nice and quiet. Can't wait till to see what's next.. you always bring us the best videos. Hopefully everything goes well the way you want it. . You do what is best for you. Thanks again for taking us along with you go .. give Tara and Opie a hug Stay safe out there on the roads Take care God bless you guys. Your friends Gerry and Pat from Amarillo Texas..🏠🏠🏠🍺🍺🍺🚙🚙🚙🏞🏞🚘😺😺😺😺🏡🏡🏡🏡
Around the tree after you have it all trimmed up and setup for hanging out, I'd just drive some T-posts(short) and run some rabbit wire around it so Opie and Tara can hang out with you but still be secure. Looks like plenty of room for a good size perimeter.
I use an AirTag on my kitties when we let them out. I know a GPS tracking collar would be better, but they are so big, bulky and expensive. We never leave them out at night and we are always at the camper when they are outside. I’m glad you felt comfortable letting Opie try it out 😊
I am happy for you,Eric. Please keep the leash on your kitties. Too many people I know have lost their cats trusting them to stay close. Build a sturdy area for them to hangout in. Especially cover the top. Lovin the land videos.
I noticed that you have a nice mountain view from your property. It looked like Opie really enjoyed going off leash and was into exploring the area. The kitties might enjoy it if you put a bird feeder in the tree next to your RV, so they could watch the birds and would keep them entertained when you are gone.
Doubly delighted that you have this Az. property with buddies close by since other changes are happening. Such beautiful blue sky and sunsets. You and my grandsons are similar in age with one in Mt. and one in Tx. ,so are you one by proxy ?🥳🐈🐈⬛Be healthy and safe.
I love your videos. Been watching for awhile and plan to continue watching even if your content changes a little. I can see your joy in setting up your new homestead. You're inspiring us. We're fellow Arizonians. We live just north of Phoenix. Enjoy your summer, you're a little cooler than us where you are.
I like it when you say your life set up is changeable. You can get up and go if you want. Yup, just do what you are doing. Don't worry about homesteading yet. You don't want to be tied down. Have a great day Eric! You are being smart.
Great Vlog. Would be nice to see a drone overlook to really make sense of how things will look on the property. Just my opinion, looks like some of the shrub/trees could go and level the ground to really have some large open space(s).
I certainly first subscribed to you because of all the camping and stuff like that but I really want to see what happens with this piece of land and please keep posting more and more videos about it. Maybe even take us on a walk all the way around the boundary tape that you put up and so forth. I’m sure people will agree with me.
I know a lot of people don't like being alone, I love it! The further away other people are, the more comfortable I am, and the more free-feeling to do what I want, as loud as I want. I don't want to play my saxophone when there's people nearby... Enjoy your quiet and ability to run around naked! lol
Finding your Happy Place in life, and starting a brand new chapter is very important and so exciting! It really is all about the new experiences- I'm glad you're taking it slow and savoring each moment. I agree being alone has its own special reward to the soul. Some people don't understand. Being alone does not mean lonely. I'm genuinely happy for you.
Please, please, don't let the kitties out unsupervised and get that catio up ASAP. Coyotes are unbelievably fast and some aren't afraid of people at all.
I have followed your journey from the very beginning......well, at least, since early-2014, and probably haven't missed 10 of your vids. I am so happy for you, Eric! You are in a great place, it seems! One of my favorite states! You seem to be getting "prepped", whether you call yourself a "prepper" or not! Kitties are beautiful! Opie with that wild happy TAIL when you let him outside!!! Loved that, of course! Still miss Jax a LOT......as OF COURSE, I know you do, too! Happy Trails!
I think you made the right decision on your land purchase. You have your home base and can stay as long or not on it. I think your videos will be good wherever you are and you can make some side trips to surrounding areas when you want to get away. I think it is a smart move to lay low for a while, you have Kevin and friends close by too👍
We have coyotes around our house and every now and then we see posters for missing cats. When we first move here my outdoor cat became strictly an indoor cat. We live in a residential neighborhood but I have seen coyotes wandering around. You are not the only one concerned about the future.
Smiling on this end for you. Not paranoid either, but we can see what's been going on. Glad for all the nomads that have a place to "come home" because life is unsettling now a days. Moving right along getting things done 👍. Little concerned about the cats roaming. Hopefully be safe. Glad you had a quiet night. 🙂👍
It's so awesome to see you actually enjoying life, with motivation to make your home a truly hyappy place! There is nothing like the Southwestern skies to set you right! I grew up in Aizona and now live in New Mexico where the skies are always changing but always beautiful! Smile and the sky smiles on you.... there is no lonliness when you're content with your life~
Happy Belated Birthday Eric! I just watched Kevin’s video. My husband and I sit around and talk about you, Kevin, and Felix like y’all are actually close friends of ours. Y’all sure do feel like friends. We are old so I guess our circle of friends is different than young people have. We love you and enjoy your videos. Prayers that you find your happy again. Life has many turns and sometimes God stops us and tells us to stop and smell the roses. You made me nervous letting Ope run free like that. I was like oh no! I was afraid he was going to go so fast you couldn’t keep up. Im a cat mom and I have 3 cats. I’m excited to see what you do with your place. I had thought about coming there and buying some retirement property, but I would miss my grand babies too much. I guess I’ll stay put in Louisiana. Y’all take care Eric.
You can create content right there! It's fun to watch you settle your property! You can always travel when the time comes. You've got friends right down the road. Enjoy this new chapter!!
I’m somewhat of a neighbor and am in total agreement about the future. I’ve been alone up here for about 3 years and envy you having friends nearby. But I guess it’s better than being with the wrong people! Anyway you’ve made a wise choice and I’m looking forward to seeing what you do with the property!
I'm very happy for you, and we all need a break once in a while, but I'm here no matter what your doing, or where you go! I don't think you will be lonely, because like you said, you can hang out with neighbors or have people camp over, but you always have a choice to have alone time also. We all are concerned what the future will bring, and it never hurts to plan a head, and have a place to go to call home! Actually you have two, your RV and your property. Enjoy, looking forward to what your doing next on your property! Love ~n~ Hugs for you, Tera, and Opie ❤❤❤
Eric, This is amazing. I have been watching you for many years and I am excited for the future for you. I can’t wait to follow along as you make this property livable offgrid!
Nice to see Opie and Tara! Would be great to see more of them on all of your videos. After all they to are crammed into a small space...just nice to see they are getting fresh air! We have a challenge for you. A cheese burger devoured with all the fixings!
I think you are about the happiest person out there RVing. Such a positive attitude with a smile. Your videos are awesome. Your camp I think will be a work in progress. You like to get things...just right. The economy? What can we do but ride it out, go with the flow? Yet still have a plan, I see you and your friends doing just that. Ok thanks for sharing this awesome video...Goodnight.
Am delighted for you, Eric, that you are happy and enjoying your fabulous home (land). Opie and Tara look happy & content, too. You have great friends that bring joy to your life.
We have lived in the high desert of California for over 40 years. It is NEVER a good idea to let your small animals out to roam. Just an FYI. I worry constantly about the wooof pack…..that’s a video we never want to see or hear. That said, you have an absolutely gorgeous piece of property and I think you are going to love having such a private yet accessible home base again. All our best to you Eric. Enjoy your adventures always.👍👍🤗🙏
Eric, the reason I watch your videos is about you, it’s about your life, open to the world. I really think no matter what continent you put out you are going to gain followers and you may lose some along the way, either way, I will continue to watch your videos because I like you and your personality.
Eric, I camped across county with my cat. I put a harness on him in Yellowstone but he kept walking backwards trying to get out. I took the harness off and he stayed right with me. When we were driving he would let me know when he had to go to the bathroom. I’d pull off in a remote area,I’d let him out, he’d do his business, and come back when he was finished. You’ll be surprised!!
I think it’s very smart what you are doing. Plus you are doing it near good friends. Who knows what the future holds. It’s better to be prepared while you are still making yourself happy at the same time. I’ve been stockpiling food and ammo for about a year now. But I also enjoy my life and try not to worry.
Things are coming along well. I must say though - the water tank is very functional and much less expensive than digging a well but I have to say it is rather ugly - to improve the look you could possibly build a little fence with privacy lattice around it, leaving plenty of room between the tank and the fence so you would have easy access the water spigot.
You're doing the right things for yourself and you feel it...exposing your fear of commitment is very brave, it brings a quote from a song to mind..."good things come to those who wait, but not to those who wait to late.." You can't make some things happen, but can change yourself to get what you really want and need. Good video Eric, say "hi" to all your neighbors. 😁😁😎😎👍👍
So happy for you Eric and to be honest I'm not so sure of things either. At least we all have one another. Perhaps you could make something for the cats to enjoy the outdoors. You do have a really nice place with lots of room. Enjoyed and thanks.
I watched another person started a Home stead kinda like hiw you're starting.....he niw gave a 2nd property it was very interesting couple years watching him grow...I like where you mind is as to having a home base...I think you will do very well 😊 Blessings to you stay well & safe
We are planning to go full time but have a base camp like you so the more detail you want to show us about setting all of that the better.😊 I kind of wish you would have shown setting up the septic field and how much that was but oh well. The water holding tank has been interesting. I always thought I would need to dig a well to have water. I’m enjoying your content. I like genuine people. Thanks!
The property is beautiful. I like the idea of campsteading for now instead of homesteading, which gives you more time to fix the land up. Hope the babies get a catio soon. Other critters are peditors and sneek up on their victims. God Bless you.
Enjoyed this video. Good you have a place to be grounded. Can always take some smaller trips. I enjoy watching people fix things up. Look forward to seeing what you do with your property.
Lonely.......is based on perspective! You can be in a room full of people and feel lonely.....and be out in the middle of nowhere and not feel lonely at all! Do what feels best for you! Love your property! I live in Southern Arizona and have been considering buying property in Northern AZ. I would love to be off-grid, live simply, and watch the sunrise and set without loud neighbors....watch the stars at night! Happy For You!
Great video, Eric! So happy for your new place. We are up in Washington state. We winter in Quartzsite Arizona. We saw you there one time. Be fun to connect if you make it to the Q this winter. Have fun setting up your place, it’s awesome 👏 Steve and Kathy
As much as I enjoy your traveling videos, I have to say I was kinda psyched to see this one! Watching you make this home base is something I’m really looking forward to! Take your time and do you Eric.
Please count your blessings! You are set! Despite your concerns about the future, you can shift your gears with UA-cam. Also, I would not be lonely out there, besides you can do what ever (legally) you want to do. I’m envious to be honest. I cant wait to see the future projects! 😊
I think it's fantastic. You look so happy. And like you say what's the hurry. Your property is great. your far enough way where you don't have neighbors right next to you. But friends down the road. And like you say. If you want to get away you can. I mean! I think it's great!!!
Very good video. Keep showing us as you build your camping land the way you want it. I watched Campervan Kevin build his camping land from the start. Looking forward to seeing you build yours to fit your needs. Keep up the good work. 👍
I agree with you Eric. You are not trapped. You are fully able to have your space or share it with others or bounce and go where you want. You can build or not build, you have endless options. I recently went to PHX from Winslow on the East side towards Payson. It goes through the Coconino National Forest. It was beautiful!! Would be great on your bike. I was in a loaded semi. There are some hard pulls up to 7-8% so it was slow going for me. Absolutely gorgeous though!!
You found a good spot just off-road. You're closer to the stores, the water people, and your friends. Next, put some type of fence up, all around your property. What a happy boy, exploring his new home. Beautiful bike, I love it. You're right, you can go visit your friends or go for a ride. Great video. ps., I think travelling on the road is no longer fun. Yes, you can go see places every now and then but to be full-time on the road, it gets old and costly these days.
I like what you said about the future, I'm pretty sure a lot of us feel that way and it's comforting to know that you do too and I trust that you are ready for His Return!!! Yes I would love to live this lifestyle when I retire and have a full life but can you imagine what is in store for us over there?!!! I think I would rather be there, than here, any day my friend, not that you don't!!!
Beautiful high desert Arizona. We enjoy a similar place in New Mexico about 50 miles from Arizona. But, may I suggest that you now keep a very close eye on dear Opie. He knows how to go out the door now on his own. Too many desert potential problems - cactus, thorns, other critters, a car. It just takes a mouse 50 feet away and off he goes not knowing the consequences. A catio is the way to go - or always leashing him. Love to you and Tara and Opie.
Been following you for years now. I live in TX & am from Northern AZ & will be moving back to AZ - I feel you are correct… the future may not be good. There is a change coming. I would say, do your due diligence. Prepare for the worst & hope for the best. Also, do not put your faith in things of this world but rather in Christ alone. Camper Van Kevin is on the right track.
Eric, just something I notice when I was in your area on my bike, the locals would put a light colored towel on their seat to keep it from getting too hot in the sun. I found out why quickly. Looks like you're getting settled in buddy. Keep the good stuff coming.
You could make or buy a catio, with grass for the cats & maybe a small tree. Whatever you do, make sure you feed kitties before dusk and bring them in. Coyotes are most active (imo) during low light.
Btw, some bugs jump. For example, the vinegaroon. Also watch out for 'kiss bugs'. I was bit by one that hid in my bed covers. It caused a boil (thankfully no necrosis). If there are desert turtles there, they have nests in spring, btw - so maybe be careful with atv in spring.
I don’t understand why people are so afraid of living alone. I have been living alone for 23 years now and have never been happier. Sure, before my husband passed away I was happy too, but I now get to live for me and do what and when I want. If I want to be with people, I can do that any time. I am thinking that people who are worried about being alone are not strong with themselves and their surroundings and feel they can’t live without others being right there.
The most enjoyable videos to me were your earlier ones where you were making a lot of mods to your RVs to make them work better for you. That said I’m looking forward to watching the progress on your property. But I can’t refrain from jokingly asking if you’re thinking about changing the name of your channel? You could be the Static Fanatic! Lol.
Good for you brother! Never understood people that think being by yourself is lonely. It's the best! You get to do what you want when you want! And just like you said, you can always add in some company as necessary.
I teared up some (🥲) watching this one. Happy tears for you to get to be where your heart seems joyful. Friends near by. Wow, what a start to this chapter. Certainly will be great watching the property transformation. The time lapses were great as always. I just love how artistic you are with them. Great music choices, too. Keep smilin', you're livin' the dream! Blessings on all 3 of you. 🙌
OPI would leave him on a leash, love your bike, cool!!!💞💪, Enjoy your blessings while you have them, you have every reason to be concerned about the future... Beautiful sunset!!! Beautiful night sky's!!!✌️❤️
Eric learn to love lizards in Arizona . Grew up there and they kept a ton of other bad things away from our home . Spiders and small scorpions and many other things . We love our lizards here in Florida for the same reason .
Good for you. You’re doing what I plan to do later. For now, I have some land near Kingman. Great views, but desert landscape. Just a home base for the winter months, for now. I let my cat, Ninja, out (off leash) every night. She stays within about 50 yards, and will be out for about 3-4 hours every night. So far, a year and a half later, she’s been fine.
A large open, but covered carport would also be a good and affordable addition, allowing you a nice outdoor spot to escape the rain, or keep out of the sun.
Good for you, Eric. You're correct to be concerned about the future. We all are. Probably a good idea you now have land you can park on. Enjoy starting a new chapter!

I am always ready to dive into your videos. I recognize and appreciate all of the work you put into getting them to us. Excited to see what you do with the property. Keep posting 👍👍🤗
Awesome! Thank you!
Im just as interested in what your doing on the property, in fact its fresh and im keen to see what you do with it ^_^
Love you are living life . Soon Tara and Opie will be as comfortable as you . Just love seeing Opie exploring his home .
Great idea about wheels! Maybe even removable skids would work 🤔😉
What a beautiful homestead. Those stars at night were amazing! Bet your views skyrocket with this kind of content! 🙌👍
Best wishes from Marsden, West Yorkshire.
Starlink may work better on the RV roof. Every foot you elevate that thing is less tree in the way, more visibility is more reliability and speed.
I agree!
@@nomadicfanatic I also love what you're doing with the place
I'm not worried about you at all. I'm envious as hell of you. I think you have a damn near perfect life.
I bet Wisconsin summers are pleasant! Just come down to Quartzsite for the winter!
I saw that! Yikes! Maybe another layer of mesh over the chicken wire.
Your friends Gerry and Pat from Amarillo Texas..🏠🏠🏠🍺🍺🍺🚙🚙🚙🏞🏞🚘😺😺😺😺🏡🏡🏡🏡
thanks Patricia! Busy month planned out here for sure!
Please don't let kitties out... You just don't want anything to happen to them !!! Please please be careful...... 🙏🙏🙏
Right! Coyotes will eat them.
I think that's a good idea. I just don't want to give away too much identifying info for the trolls to find exactly where I'm at and cause problems.
@@nomadicfanatic Totally understand/
Happy to see things come together! Remember everyone hit that like button & Share it helps Eric ✌️ 🇺🇸
Smile and the sky smiles on you.... there is no lonliness when you're content with your life~
I would put big markers over those white pipes coming up. It would be easy to miss them and drive over them.
Maybe ring them with big rocks.
My concern also, maybe some cheap garbage cans.
i was waiting for shoulda coulda folks
You can bury the water tank, it will help keep it cool in the summer, and keep it from freezing in the winter.
But the output is on the bottom... It will bury the line and the pump as well...
You need to put up trail cams just to see what wild life is in your area around your property!!!!
Motion cameras are on the way!
I’ll admit I had anxiety when Opie was outside. My fear is a lost pet in the wild. Happy to see you in a great mood on the new land!
I have no idea where they see you are lonely or will get lonely. You have an exiting life and blessed with great friends.
Eric, I camped across county with my cat. I put a harness on him in Yellowstone but he kept walking backwards trying to get out.
I took the harness off and he stayed right with me.
When we were driving he would let me know when he had to go to the bathroom. I’d pull off in a remote area,I’d let
him out, he’d do his business, and come back when he was finished.
I love the off grid camping! Everybody needs a place to call home!! Glad you are happy with your decision!!
Thanks!
Depends on the resources nearby. For this guy, it's an investment and he likes to deliver for a living. Heck, maybe the well was inherited.
You look really happy, at peace and excited for what the future has to come with your land. Good for you man!
So happy for you !love your attitude!
You got a nice laid-back place you do good work😊
Beautiful high desert Arizona.
I'm so happy for you Eric! Bravo! for Everything! Thanks for all the videos!
Thanks so much!
UA-cam revenue is now being funneled over to the Shorts creators. So the pie is being split more ways.
I’m super happy for you. You seem to have found a place where you’re comfortable. All the best. 💕
You could make or buy a catio, with grass for the cats & maybe a small tree.
Whatever you do, make sure you feed kitties before dusk and bring them in. Coyotes are most active (imo) during low light.
Just heard you say "catio" after I posted (also looked at other comments first). Glad you are aware!
I'm actually more excited to see more off grid camping in your property than anymore travels. 😬
Because they are alone and wish not to be. Therefore it is lonely to them.
I’m happy for you Eric! Cannot wait to see what else you do with your property!😊
Love your "private campground!" Can't believe anyone could think you could get lonely with Vagabond base camp nearby.
A large open, but covered carport would also be a good and affordable addition, allowing you a nice outdoor spot to escape the rain, or keep out of the sun.
A nice big catio for the two cats, so they have a safe outside play area. It would be perfect for them...
