- This is Qianhai, an incredible development in Shenzhen, Southern China, that aims to facilitate innovation in the modern service industry to become a hub of modern services development. It is also A pilot area for closer cooperation between mainland China and Hong Kong
Qianhai is expected to create more than 800,000 jobs and provide shelter for 300,000 residents. Qianhai will try to strike the delicate balance between local land use and public space, finding the appropriate development density.
