Tekken 8 actually has more than 1 final boss it has 4 and they depend on how many perfect rounds you get you get a different boss for 0 1 2 and 3 perfect rounds without dying through the arcade mode
All great final bosses except 4 and 7. Tekken 4 just has heihachi again, very underwhelming after facing ogre/true ogre in 3. At least they fixed that with a cool Jinpachi fight in the 5th, and azazel was cool in the 6th... but the 7th is akuma? Just a regular akuma from another franchise? I take it that it's another version of akuma and not that they're actually trying to pretend both franchises exist in the same universe because that would be absolutely moronic and make no sense for A LOT of reasons. Technically Devil Jin is the final boss of story mode but I guess this is just about arcade mode. I think Kazumi would have been a way better final boss for Tekken 7, has more of a powerful presence than regular Akuma and it makes more sense storywise for her to be the final boss too. Devil Kazuya was the final boss of story mode but I guess this is just about the arcade mode bosses. Both Kazumi and Devil Kazuya work way better as the final bosses of that game. Tekken 8 did great, has FOUR final bosses and you get to fight harder ones depending on how well you did in arcade mode. Devil Kazuya Azazel, True Devil Kazuya, and Angel Jin.
