i guess Im randomly asking but does anybody know a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I somehow forgot the login password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me.
@Deangelo Ty i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
+Katrina Maree just saw this video today. My problem is that whenever i tightline it transfers to my lower eater lash-line. Any tip to stop that? Plz it would be so helpful
I’ve never seen anyone else with an eye stripe like you have - I’ve got one just like it. Your eyes are such a unique color and the stripe adds a beautiful element to them!
You did a great video! Answered ALL of my questions (why do it, how to, & what products). You were quick & to the point, & your demonstration was brilliant. They two ways you showed, are ones I'd never think of but will most definitely use! Tightlining was something that made me feel uneasy because it is so very close to the eye, but both ways you did it were great! Can't wait to watch more of your videos!
Love this video. Your two simple techniques are exactly what I've been looking for. Especially since I have very sensitive eyes. I tried both of these techniques & they both work brilliantly.
Murphy Star Make sure you don't have an eyeliner that is too wet or too dry. After you apply the eyeliner, keep your eyes open for a few seconds, and fan your eye with your hand. This may help :)
OMG! I have very sensitive eyes and I freak out a bit when I put the liner towards my waterline underneath my lid, so the second technique is a lifesaver! Thank you SO much! :D
Wow this helped a lot. Whenever I try to line my tightline , my eyes would ALWAYS flinch and I would get poked in the eyeball. Thanks for sharing this! Your eyes and hair are really pretty.
i absolutely HATE things near my eyes and have a hell of a time getting the tightline, so i just skip it, but these are brilliant! naturally i want to close my eyes and if i dont have to deal with my eye at all even better!!!! thank you!!!
That first technique is incredibly useful! I've only recently taken interest in makeup and have only subpar products, this is surprisingly easy and forgiving.
Tight-lining or putting eyeliner in my waterline does not work for me so I learned a technique that my cousin always does which is like.. fake tight lining I guess? You don't put anything in your tight-line but your lash line still looks fuller. What you do is take a liquid liner (use brown if you aren't going to wear mascara or do a wing to make it look more natural) and press it against the top of your lash line ever so slightly pushing downwards on your lashes while dragging it along your lash line. Its not tight-lining as nothing touches your tight-line but it does fill in your lash line so it gives a similar effect. I honestly prefer this technique even if I could tight-line because it makes it so much easier if I want to do a wing. Hope this helps someone x
It's funny. For years I've been applying liquid liner to my waterline and have had no issues. I did, however, buy a Kohl eye liner pencil today to experiment with. I've never applied eye liner to the tightline before so will definitely try your tricks. Thank you for explaining why this is done, this completely changes my eye make up routine. I've seen in other tutorials that people apply a layer of identical coloured eye shadow to the eye liner so it doesn't smudge. Is this really necessary?
Thank you for this demonstration!! I just tried it and it really does make a difference!! What eyeliners do you think are top notch? I what brand are you using?? I think i need a better eye liner! You have beautiful eyes!! 💗
Absolutely the BEST demonstration I have ever seen for tightlining. Quickly got to the point. Thanks for that. I'm going to buy the products I like at the prices I like to pay. Thanks again!
Happy to find this bid! I do wish, however, that you would have started without the existing winged lined to really show the contrast. thanks for the vid though... got a new technique!
Very helpful! I didn't even know what this technique was called, and clicked in on a whim. Glad I did, and it totally worked! Takes some getting used to cause I have unsteady hands, but I love this!
I honestly have no idea. I tried to do it and I couldn't and got so freaked out. I'm not allowed to wear makeup yet and I tried to take it off but I couldn't.... the panic. It comes of when you start to cry is all I have to say.
Your right eye has a brown spot but it makes it really unique I really LOVE ur eyes I wish I had them mine are horrible love how ur eyes are unique and beautiful
I always use liquid liner for tightlining! Never had a problem. I use the cheap Maybelline Liquid Liner. The applicator is super thin and I put it on super thin. I've been using liquid liner for almost 50 years, so I'm used to it.
I been trying to find the quickest and most effective way to tightline and the first one u did worked amazing! thank you so much for sharing this, :) I have subscribed!!!!
What you are using is opposite to mine😂😂pencil eyeliner doesn't work on me, i always ended up looking like a emo going through a breakup. I found a liquid eyeliner and it actually work
Sounds like you need a softer formulated eye pencil. Go and have a look for pencils that are really pigmented and soft. You shouldn't have to press hard at all to get a black line. I've tried a CoverGirl one before, that one was good - or even try the NYX Jumbo eye pencils. Thats the kind of pencil you should be using. They last the longest too :)
Thank you so much for this video! I watched about 10 videos and none of them were like these. My eyes are sensitive and I have not tried either technique yet. Where can you get the liner from?
I may be mistaken, but I think tight lining is actually lining the space between your eyelashes. I use a brush and gel liner but I've seen a tutorial where a girl uses a brush with mascara. You just press the tip of the brush into the base of your lashes and wiggle and it makes your eyelashes look twice as thick.
Same thing essentially, except this is using a pencil :) it's just lining the skin that is under your top lashes. Like you said, it makes your lashes look thicker.
Actually, for me since my eyelashes are so thin, I have to push the eyelashes aside and press liner into them right at the center of everything. :) I personally still get a flesh-colored strip if I only line underneath and above the lashes. You have very nice eyelashes, so I can see how you can definitely get away with only lining underneath them! It's a pain to have to wiggle the liner into the actual lashes!
Katrina, you didn't say what brand..I only heard you say it's $3...and also, is that brand very black and does it stay on? Is it the same one that you have on the top eyelid?
I am new to tightlining and my pencil liner is really sharp. Like, REALLY sharp. Is it still safe to put on my waterline? I'm scared that I'll poke my eye out...
Thank you so much! I only ever used liquid liner under my eyes until about 2 years ago when I started doing my waterline. I just could not do the upper lash line without my eyes streaming and it looking a mess.
Thank you so much I have to line my eyes for a play I'm doing and I was so worried about stabbing myself in the eye...BTW your eyes are beautiful!!!! :D
Thank you! This was a great video! . I will try both techniques but maybe the second one will be safer for me because I wear contact lenses. Thank you again
Thanks for this video! Great easy to follow instructions. Just a quick question though, how do you tightline with black but bottom waterline with nude without the black covering the nude if that makes any sense?
You need to pull up or slightly pull back the upper lid to reveal the water line. Use a waterproof pencil and line the upper waterline. Let it dry a few seconds before releasing the lid, this method is what keeps the black from transfer. Waterproof liner is a must! I do this before any other eye makeup is applied since you need to touch the lid. Also, you need to go in between the upper lashes and fill the spaces in between the upper lashes with whatever liner you prefer to really make the eyelashes appear full and so no flesh will show. Next apply your eye makeup and regular upper lid liner. Then, (after all other eye makeup application) line lower waterline with your nude or white. Hope that helps some. :)
Every time I try doing my waterline, even with a pencil, it still runs as if I am using liquid liner. It's like my waterline is too wet or something, nothing seems to stick to it for more than a few seconds. Any suggestions?
:( i'll never do it like this way-the closed eye. i just snapped of the tip of my pencil with my lid and now i'm in horrible pain and irritation because the tip stucks somewhere onder my lid. help :((((((
I tried this with a bunch of different kinds and the second one mainly doesn't work. But the first one doesn't get the lower lash line. What kind of liner are you supposed to be using?
How do u do it so easily?? I have VERY watery eyes and whenever i try to waterline my eyes it just makes my pencil eyeliner wet and there's no colour at all.. my pencil eyeliner is similar to yours.. do u have any tips to help me get the colour onto my waterline? Bcos now all it's doing is just picking up the water on my eye
When you do the first technique, how do you not jab the pencil into your eye? Just because your lid is closed, your eyeball is still exposed. Tight-lining gives me anxiety, but I still want to learn how to do it.
This would be a lot more helpful if you demonstrated on a bare eye.

i guess Im randomly asking but does anybody know a tool to log back into an Instagram account?
I somehow forgot the login password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me.
@Avi Langston Instablaster =)
@Deangelo Ty i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm trying it out now.
Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
@Deangelo Ty It worked and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thank you so much, you saved my account !
I struggled with tightlining my top lashes for decades! Your video gave me two simple, easy ways to do it...and they work! Thank you so much!
+write2judie No problem, glad it worked! :)
+Katrina Maree just saw this video today. My problem is that whenever i tightline it transfers to my lower eater lash-line. Any tip to stop that? Plz it would be so helpful
I was so confused by the dark spot in your eye until I realized it was a different color in that spot. It's cool.

I’ve never seen anyone else with an eye stripe like you have - I’ve got one just like it. Your eyes are such a unique color and the stripe adds a beautiful element to them!
Random but you eyes are lovely! the color is gorgeous and i love your brown spot!
Thank you for this video! It is so straight forward and does not sell 3,000 brushes and products. As a beginner, it is fantastic!
Thank you very much :)
but how do you stop the black eye boogers?
You did a great video! Answered ALL of my questions (why do it, how to, & what products). You were quick & to the point, & your demonstration was brilliant. Your eyes are so beautiful!! I don't really see that color of eyes very often but the dark spot makes it so unique! So pretty!
HOW DO I TIGHTLINE WITHOUT GETTING EYELINER IN MY WATERLINE? My eyeliner always smudges on my waterline but I don't want it there
Murphy Star Make sure you don't have an eyeliner that is too wet or too dry. After you apply the eyeliner, keep your eyes open for a few seconds, and fan your eye with your hand. This may help :)

the lower lash/squint trick is flipping brilliant....I always do the top n my eyes watering like crazy, I'll def try it that way next time.
I love that you showed your eyes the whole time to show what you are doing! Thank you!!
Thank you so much. I seriously left a Sephora class once so confused on how to tightline. Your ways were so easy.
LOL your profile confused me so much but then I read your name
Wow this helped a lot. Whenever I try to line my tightline , my eyes would ALWAYS flinch and I would get poked in the eyeball.
Thanks for sharing this!
Your eyes and hair are really pretty.
sectoral heterochromia!
my best friend has that in her eye and its awesome lol love it
I’ve got one as well and never knew the name for it. Thanks for that :D
i absolutely HATE things near my eyes and have a hell of a time getting the tightline, so i just skip it, but these are brilliant! naturally i want to close my eyes and if i dont have to deal with my eye at all even better!!!! thank you!!!

Such a great technique! Thank you! Can you tellme the name of the liner you used? I tried the link below but it is not working. Thanks!!
Never thought to close my eye while I'm doing it! So smart!

Well I'm glad :)
Absolutely the BEST demonstration I have ever seen for tightlining. Quickly got to the point. Thanks for that. I'm going to buy the products I like at the prices I like to pay. Thanks again!
I have really sensitive eyes so I'm glad you showed the second technique. It seems so much easier. Thank you.
I LOVE your right eye! the spot of brown in the iris is so gorgeous!
That second "squint" technique is a game changer---thanks for sharing!
Happy to find this bid! I do wish, however, that you would have started without the existing winged lined to really show the contrast. thanks for the vid though... got a new technique!
+wendy645 Thank you :)
Very helpful! I didn't even know what this technique was called, and clicked in on a whim. Glad I did, and it totally worked! Takes some getting used to cause I have unsteady hands, but I love this!
Thank so much for these tips. I'm very scared at drawing it but I just tried blinking it on and it works! God bless!
How do you remove tight line eyeliner?
I honestly have no idea. I tried to do it and I couldn't and got so freaked out. I'm not allowed to wear makeup yet and I tried to take it off but I couldn't.... the panic. It comes of when you start to cry is all I have to say.
Your right eye has a brown spot but it makes it really unique I really LOVE ur eyes I wish I had them mine are horrible love how ur eyes are unique and beautiful
Oh my goodness I love your eyes! Such fascinating and beautiful different colours. You are blessed.
Super easy and helpful tips. I love straight to the point videos. Makes learning and practicing go much faster. Thank you!
LOL in my 4th of July video I also had red lipstick on my teeth! so annoying! so glad my daughter told me before we left the house!
Thank you, I always wanted to know what tightlining is. Information is very helpful
I always use liquid liner for tightlining! Never had a problem. I use the cheap Maybelline Liquid Liner. The applicator is super thin and I put it on super thin.

YOUR EYES ARE SO BEAUTIFUL
Thank you so much for this video! I watched about 10 videos and none of them were like these. My eyes are sensitive and I have not tried either technique yet. Where can you get the liner from?
+Angelina Rose I buy mine directly from Sleek's website :)
+Katrina Maree Thank you so much. Love your videos!
Thanks so much
I’ve always struggled to tightline and the 2nd one worked amazing. I used wnw gel liner
This was so easy and amazing. Can someone tell me what eyeliner she used again?
your eyes are sooo pretty!!
So very helpful, you're a real pro! Thank you for your professional tips.
Wow it took me till 47 to learn this!!. I've got very watery eyes but found waterproof kohl to be amazing & didn't irritate or run!!. Thank you xx
What lipstick are you wearing? I love it!
NYX Citrine :)
I may be mistaken, but I think tight lining is actually lining the space between your eyelashes. I use a brush and gel liner but I've seen a tutorial where a girl uses a brush with mascara. The dark spot on your eye is cool!
I am new to tightlining and my pencil liner is really sharp. Like, REALLY sharp. Is it still safe to put on my waterline? I'm scared that I'll poke my eye out...
+Muse Try blunting it on the back of your hand before you use it - I personally cannot tightline with a sharp pencil, as I always hurt myself lol.
+Katrina Maree Thank you!!
GREAT VIDEO! I've never even thought of the second one! I'll be trying it tomorrow!
Will really dark brown gel liner work? Also, your eyes are really pretty c:
Yup, should work if its pigmented well :)
And thank you :P
Thank yoo c:
Thank you for this video. I have one suggestion about your nails. The nail polish should be the same color as your lipstick.
Thank you so much! I only ever used liquid liner under my eyes until about 2 years ago when I started doing my waterline. I just could not do the upper lash line without my eyes streaming and it looking a mess.
This video helped out so much!! Thank you for explaining
you are a lifesaver for tightlining for dummies like myself!! thank you!!!
+Michelle Anne Glad it worked for you :)
Tanx for the tip, just needed that, I struggle with tight lining, and my eyes water, kuz I'm not used to it, I'm ok with the water line.x
Thank you so much for the second technique. My eyes get tickled when I try so thank god I found you
This idea is excellent! I look forward to more of these.
Thank you so much for doing this!! This actually helped a lot more than I hoped!!
Thank you so much I have to line my eyes for a play I'm doing and I was so worried about stabbing myself in the eye...BTW your eyes are beautiful!!!! :D
Your irises are amazing!
OMG Katrina thank you so much. I was seriously scared to death about tightlining my eyes but your way is so easy!
I'm no help to be honest. I've always had trouble with liners transferring, so I just use black.

Let it dry a few seconds before releasing the lid, this method is what keeps the black from transfer. Waterproof liner is a must! I love your eyes!!!
Every time I try doing my waterline, even with a pencil, it still runs as if I am using liquid liner. It's like my waterline is too wet or something, nothing seems to stick to it for more than a few seconds. Any suggestions?
I try using a Q-Tip to the the wetness off my waterline, it kinda works :/ I'm having the same struggle.
Try applying the eye liner and hold your eye first. Don't let it go first and maybe trying blowing at it so you'll give it time to dry.
Set it with black eyeshadow/powder
Lucas Y Take a q tip and wipe it before applying the eye liner
:( i'll never do it like this way-the closed eye. i just snapped of the tip of my pencil with my lid and now i'm in horrible pain and irritation because the tip stucks somewhere onder my lid. help :((((((
I tried this with a bunch of different kinds and the second one mainly doesn't work. But the first one doesn't get the lower lash line. What kind of liner are you supposed to be using?
WHATS THE PENCIL YOURE USING PLEASEE REPLY:-(
FAXXXXX about the liquid liner. Learned the hard way. 😁
Can this be done with gel eyeliner?
I want to do this because I have very large eyes and I feel it would compliment them nicely but it looks terrifying. Does it hurt?
Very good tips! Thank you!
I struggled with tight lining coz I feel ticklish and this video would really help
Thanks for sharing
@Katrina girl thanks for making this video it's a big help for me really fool proof.
are there certain eye shapes that tightlining doesn't look good on? I don't usually wear eyeliner and i generally find that it doesn't look good on me
Thank You so much! This video was a life-saver!
This video helped me so much! You've got a new subbie, THX!
Thank you so much! If always wanted to tightline, but I was terrified to at first! ;)
But would the usual makeup removal steps be enough to completely remove the tightline? :\
Yes it will come off as you take off your mascara
video was cool definitely going to try it. thanks
Do you have any tricks for lining your bottom line, outside the water line?
Thanks excellent just what I was looking for tried both method both worked 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
What is the name of the eyeliner you use “Sleek twist up eye pencil”, I googled that and get no results. Who makes it and where do I get it? Thnks
What a helpful video! Thanks!
You hve a birthmark in your left eye, how beautiful!
When you do the first technique, how do you not jab the pencil into your eye? Just because your lid is closed, your eyeball is still exposed. Tight-lining gives me anxiety, but I still want to learn how to do it.
Thanks! I've just been using a maybelline pencil. I'll try that!
Good ideas. I'll have to try this
Thanks a lot for the advice, my eyesare sensitive and tightlining was always a pain on the neck for me :D
What type of pencil eyeliners do you recommend? Like brands because my eyeliner doesn't come out black on my water line it comes out very lightly!
