      LG Tone Ultra HBS800 go for $25-$30 on ebay and amazon.
      Very comfortable, you can sleep with them.
      Loudness and Clarity not amazing but are on par with most heaphones in the $75-$120range.
      Active noise cancelling is amazing as only found on pairs costing upwards of $99.
      Battery Life is 14hours! No other headphone battery life even comes close.
      Plantronics Backbeat go 2 go for about $30 on ebay amazon but sound is similar to LG.
      Not as comfortable in ear as it kinda pushes open ear canal.
      Battery life is abysmal 2-3hours.
      No neckband, very good for working out.

    If they made one that ran for 10+ hours. I wear mine at work all day..every day. Eliminating the cord would be a huge benefit to me- it's always snagging on the corner of my desk and other objects. I work in a warehouse all day, and what I purchase has to be tough- able to handle multiple abuses daily. I probably go through 2-3 pairs of corded headphones a year because of the nature of my work. I have found that Ear Candy earbuds are pretty durable, my current pair has survived a little over a year of getting repeatedly yanked out of the socket. Now just one of the earbuds works..thankfully not the one that is in my ear most of the time. I will definitely be giving the Sony earbuds a look, I have owned many pairs of them over the years. KOSS is another great brand sound wise.

    So I am kinda in a fix between Jaybird X2 and SONY SBH80. I have went through as much customer reviews as humanly possible. Now I ain't no sound expert but analyzing the pros and cons I figured that the SB80 provides the best sound experience under the price range while the X2 is a bit of everything (sound, durability, ease of use etc). When it come to earbuds I only ask for two things and one can't be forfeited for another
    ░► Great sound (Rich base and fairly good high/mid/low frequency)
    ░► Durability (Should last more than 6 month)
    Right now I am a more inclining to the SBH80 because of the sound factor but I am not sure about its durability. So I am throwing an open question to anyone who is more experienced than me, which one of these BT Earbuds should I buy?

    i bought a pair of the sol republic shadow wireless earbuds. they sounded great and were very comfortable but.... they don't have the ability to go back to the start of a song or previous song. i know this sounds crazy but the standard "press three times" to go to the beginning of current song/previous song is not listed on the commands. i thought surely this was just an oversight on the instructions but they do not have this feature as a design decision. needless to say i had to return them which is a shame because they really did have a terrific sound. they were comfortable but i didn't have them long enough to see how that comfort panned out in the long run. very disappointing design choice sol.

    Neckband style aren't good for weight lifting as when you lay down to bench, they always fall off from being a little heavy. Also they get hit when you do exercises like Cleans , front squats, and standing shoulder presses.

    Apparently Bluetooth earbuds are only for people who exercise. I don't want rubber tip, canal earbuds. I want apple earbuds but wireless. If the battery life of the airpods was longer i'd buy 'em. They're the only headphones like them :/

    • @Randuski
      @Randuski 8 років тому +2

      Brian Rogers I love apples earbuds. They fit perfectly in my ears. I hate rubber because they magnify the sounds of bumping the cable and such. They never stay in my ears, and all I can hear is low end thumps and bumps over my music unless I hold perfectly still

    • @TheTMProduction
      @TheTMProduction 8 років тому +1

      Captain Randalls these aren't exactly like the apple ones but Sony has a pair that aren't in ear. they have a piece that goes around your whole ear (like a circle?). I've had no problems with then so far and I sweat a lot when exercising.

    Do NOT buy name brand headphones! Go to Amazon and buy earphones from brands nobody really heard of for no more than $30. I currently own Soundpeats Q9A, Silicon Devices Volcano, and Cambond IPX4. I would say they all sound just as good but Cambond's earphones were my favorite because they have no connectivity issues. Soundpeats one cuts off occasionally and Silicon Devices while it is slightly better in audio doesn't connect seamlessly like Cambond. Go check them out on Amazon.

  • @RobertBoerescu
    @RobertBoerescu 8 років тому

    The jaybird x2 are greatly overrated in my opinion. With the silicone eartips they do not stay in the ears even when using the wings. With the comply foam tips it is better. the cable at the back of the neck is pulling the earbuds from my ears when I run. There is also cable noise. The sound is good and the isolation is good but outdoors this is not desired,you need to hear what is happening outside.For outdoors running I prefer the plantronics backbeat fit, they are more comfortable, they stay in my ears and I can hear what is happening around.
