2001 to 2008 Ford Ranger 3.0 Vacuum Lines Explained

In this video I explain the vacuum lines on two Ford Ranger 3.0 trucks. I explain them on a 2003 Ford Ranger Edge 3.0 and a 2008 Ford Ranger 3.0 XL Sport. I also talk about general troubleshooting.

Do not like this engine, I always thought it was really gutless & junky. It literally has the power of a 4 cylinder with the fuel economy of a V8, one of the Duratec engines would’ve been great in these.

It was an engine pushed beyond its years.

@@chasingmustangs No doubt about it, I think it lasted from like the mid 80’s until 2008 or so. But like I said they should’ve replaced it with something like the 3.0 Duratec that the Escape had which was a peppy little engine or they should’ve updated it like they did the 2.3 & 4.0.
