Absolutely loved this scene. From the deep emotions it struck to the beautiful cinematics. It was done beautifully. I went through a terrible crash back in April that totaled my pride and joy of a project car. This scene made me tear up because it brought back that feeling that my car gave me when it was nothing but me, the car and the road. That feeling it gives you is just indescribable, especially after something so tragic. Loved this movie so much.
The crash of the gtr happened in 2015. A few days later in this film they’re driving a 992 GT3 RS, which was announced in 2022. One of so many hardly unrealistic scenes in this movie…
This movie is phenomenal. The writing, actor choices, and the cinematics. I’ve watched this movie three times and this scene will always be one of my favorites. I can’t even imagine how awful it feels to go through a crash like that, but he still didn’t give up. I’ll never get sick of this movie.
That scene hits me really hard. Especially because of the song Wash that plays at the end of this scene. Witch I think was the perfect fit for a racing movie
I was in a horrific wreck, was hit and pushed into a parked tow truck. I lost my nerve, never wanted to drive again, but a friend came by and made me drive and beat on his camaro. It awoke my love for driving again. It’s important to get back up when you fall.
