Obtain the ring of zephyr from the wizard in the big tower next to the giant tree which is located toward the black castle.

i found a tiny water thing and if you swam into it you'd enter a temple with so much cool stuff. I cant seem to find it.
same its somewhere on the outskirts of misty meadows but i cant find it anymore too
