HOW CAN YOU BE SO GOOD AT THIS OMG
I was wating this for 1 year
Andy Lee tru
Same here
Bring the X version with two fabric meshes on the side ;)
The music makes me want to buy!
why do all manufacturers have to make stupid mistakes that makes it impossible to choose, in this case it's the evolve shift x having a metal cover while the shift has a plastic one, i don't need the shift x but i have to get it any way just for that metal cover, i will have a big gaping hole in the bottom where a watercooling system should be.
It’s so good, but the lack of newer tri slot cards is a bummer. Still got a 2070 super in, just wasn’t the original plan. But all in all, gorgeous case.
Its a beautifull case.Everyone agrees on that, but still very few buy it because of the aurflow and crapy riser cable.Phanteks, people have told you and showed you how for years how to adress airflow. Its your faut that you dont read and listen. Not the communitys faut..
Evolv Shift X WOW AWESOME NICE :D
A spiritual successor to one of my favourite cases, the SilverStone FT03-mini, but unlike the FT03-mini, this fits modern hardware and has better cooling capabilities.
But I'm not one who stares at the insides of his computer all the time, and I *really* don't like all this RGB stuff that's been hitting the market over the last few years as it makes an entire PC look like an approach path for airplanes on an airport. So, is there a version with solid aluminium side panels in the works, perhaps with some sound dampening? I'd like to buy that because other than that this case looks amazing. Well, it also looks amazing with the glass side panels, but that only helps if you also flash out the insides which I don't like at all. So solid panels it is. Preferably with sound dampening stuff on it.
When are you going to make a vented Evolv Shift X? I want to build in the Shift X but need better cooling. Please make an updated version.
i heard air flow isn't too great? i can never understand 2 things about mini case - a) why most of them are high instead of flat (limits living room usability) b) why the utmost focus isnt on air flow
Remove top dust filter, maybe put in an extra slim fan at the top to get better airflow. There is no point in having a dust filter on the top where heat flows out.
@@christerjohanzzon yep i have one with a gtx 1080ti fe and the plastic cover without the air filter raises temps by 8 degrees. so top is left open, my 2700x is mint with a push pull fan and NO 2x rads is not possible without sacrifice
Just INSANE
Majestic
Looks great, big fan of the 90 degree rotated design but I'm not very compelled to throw out my NH-D15, especially not for an AIO
You dont have to use an aio, cause it supports full on custom loops!
That's great and all but after making several high end custom loops I've went back to air. For me it's just not worth the extra hassle and expense anymore
Do u know if the music is copyright free? Can I use it on my project?
Lovely case. What possibility is there of producing a slight deep unit to house an mATX motherboard? This would then enable extra PCIe cards. We could then maybe get Threadripper in this case.
I wish there were an audio jack on the case.
All the I/O is on the top of the case when vertical so it's almost like having a headphone jack on top.
Where/when can I buy this?
I just bought a Dremel. Planning on picking this up and modifying it to fit an ATX motherboard and a dual GPU setup. I can't wait long enough for them to have a "SHIFT SLI/CROSSFIRE" or "SHIFT ATX" or something of the sort.
Phanteks, if you're reading, please sell the GPU support bracket on your website. Either that or I will have to hack a 6 slot PCIE from an old case and jerry rig it in.
Whoa, that sounds cool. Send me a link whenever you get it done :)
you are so not gonna fit an atx board and 2 graphics cards in their 😂😂 stop bull shitin
good luck with a matx xfire/sli. it may be doable, but atx...no way.
An ATX motherboard is litterally longer in width than the shift or even shift x. To modify it to fit an ATX mobo you would have to remove the side panels, not to mention you want to add a second gpu which would likely mean removing the tempered glass from at least one side too since your adding a LOT of girth to the sides. Youd have all your parts hanging out of the case. If you dont believe me look up the case on phanteks website. Look at the dimensions and compare it to an ATX mobo.
I just want one so bad.
Please! Sell them in JAPAN! We are waiting for them so much!
With the shift X be available for purchase again? Really want to do a custom water cooling loop in it but cant find it for sale anywhere
Only used :(
Should i choose this one or the shift air?
Question. Is there room for a 2.5 Slot Graphics Card in this case? Asus ROG 1080 Ti.
What are the best 27mm thick 120 AIO CPU coolers to use for the standard Shift model? Corsair H60? Or is it better to get a low profile Noctua air cooler? I have a 1080ti hybrid on the way, so I'm limited to a 27mm thick radiator according to the user manual for dual AIO setups.. Will any AIO or low-profile air cpu coolers be able to cool a 7700K or coffee-lake CPU with minor OC? Otherwise I'm considering a Enthoo Evolv mATX..
Also, would a 15mm slim noctua fan allow for a larger radiator mounted on the front? Can't see why it wouldn't work.. Hoping to fit something like a 45mm BeQuiet 120mm radiator with a Noctua NF-A12x15 PWM fan.
i am so gonna get the shift... maah gaad
i'm sure as heck going to buy the shift x. if a fat 280mm rad fits i'm-a-gonna do a sick custom loop. if it doesn't fit i'll pop in the corsair h110/5.
horizontally, this is it for htpc. good job phanteks.
phanteks has almost turned me into a fanboy. now if they get offa dey *ss, they will come out with AM4 adapters for their air coolers. their low profile air cooler runs with noctua and cryorig on skylake, kaby lake etc...
AMD is relevant now guys fix this and i *will* be a fanboy.
When can we buy this in India?????
I dont undestand the rad and fans direction, is the same pressure of air if the fan suction the air instead of pushing through the rad? cos that is the way they are showing here. Im new in this watercooling world so now im confused T.T
do yall no longer have the shift X for sale? I cant find it anywhere
So where is the damn case? Its already September.
Are there any viable air-cooling options for the Shift (aside from the stock Intel cooler)? I love the case, but very hydrophobic... Can't take the risk of damaging things with a coolant accident at my budget. I don't overclock anything, and my GPU is also air cooled, dual fan style. If my budget allows it around the time that the Shift hits the public market, I might spring for a blower-style GPU.
i understand. i didn't do water cooling before the all in one units came out, though my friends did do it. i do custom loops now, but what i will say to you is that if you get a reputable cooler (corsair h-55, h-60) it is at the same price as the better low profile air coolers and the chance of leakage is extremely low. the cooler will outlast the computer...when you detach it and use it again. i've done that personally, on my friend's computer going from sandy ridge to kaby lake. that's about five years and its still working with no leaks.
sorry where's the grafik card?
Does the Shift X only support custom waterloop or would a 240mm AIO fit also?
both.
Then it´s coming to europe germany?
Where and when can I get my hands on this?
Does the Evolve fit inside a Peli 1510 case?
Is the music copyright free? Can I use it?
So I guess you can use a slow profile Air cooler for the CPU? I have no intentions of OC'ing and just want the most Silent ITX PC possible. And AIO water cooling just brings extra noise from the pump too plus the fan... Never understood AIO water cooling.
Persason - I just ordered parts for this case and I'll be putting in a 1600x which I'll try to get to 3.9 - 4ghz. I'll be using a Shadow Rock Low Profile cooler on it. If anyone replies to this in about a week I'll say how well it works
JaekSean sounds great. I'll be looking forward to the results. Thanks :)
Persason - I've had it for a few weeks now. Last night I played Shadows of War for about 6 hours and my cpu and gpu were both sitting around 75C. I have a gtx 1070 Strix and a Ryzen 1600x which is cooled by a Shadow Rock LP. The cpu cooler, and basically everything in this case, was extremely hard to install but it was worth it. I managed to cram two 140mm fans into the bottom which I don't think it's designed for cause it was a pretty tight fit haha. So I have 3 140mm case fans installed which creates a breeze and you can barely hear it. I have the smaller version of the case
Persason - There's a lot of reviews saying that they couldn't get the psu to turn around the correct way... idk what they're talking about cause I got it just fine. Cable management is one of the hardest things in that case just cause of how small it is. You just gotta be creative. You definitely want to buy an 8pin extension for your cpu as well as a bunch of sticky backs. I'd recommend buying the small cable clip sticky backs as I used about 20-30 of those and make sure to get sata cables that are straight on both ends as well as sata power extensions for your hard drives
Does anyone know how much space is at the top where the I/O connections are. I would like to know if i can fit in a mobo with integrated Wifi.
heroicgr - you can fit wifi antennas. They just have to be laid flat
Can i put in it a 2,5 Slot Graphic card --> Palit Superjetstream GTX980ti? --> in the normal Shift?
No, not in either Shift or Shift X
can you put on the x one psu corsair 1200i?
Can anyone tell me if there is ANY way to mount my h100i v2 in this case?
MAKE MORE SHIFTS PLS
How thick can the video card be?
Max 2 Slots Thick... Or you will kill the Airflow, to the Card it self.
Привет из Москвы. Купил Phanteks Evolv Shift.
Я очень долго искал именно в таком дизайне. Огромное спасибо за ваш труд.
Hello from Moscow. I bought it Phanteks Evolv Shift.
I searched for a very long time in this design. Thank you so much for your work.
sashasniker@gmail.com
The brand name on a multi orientation device is such a flaw in design!
Availability?
Wondering the same thing myself.
It's on corsairs website
26.09 in germany
No place for graphics cards according to the video...?
Not ATX ?
It's an ITX case. Phanteks offers many other ATX cases. The Enthoo Evolv atx also has an amazing look and supports ATX.
Brandon Thornton but i like this case more.. sadly
Do you know how big that would be? lol
An ATX mobo would be wider than this entire case. If you want sleek designs like this, you have to go itx.
please be smaller!!! i do NOT have that kind of long graphic board
Wall mount
Do a giveaway
yeeee well they failed with this design because of 10mm in places would have made the shift perfect and the shift x is just stupid long! im thinking they didnt build one of these before shipping
gpu 😡
Looks good but only one GPU sorry but not for me
Duh, it's for mini ITX.
Duh d34dj0k3r, that's why I said its not for me.
yaro grigoriev Games hardly support SLI properly anymore, you have to create your own profiles on most games, I left a dual 1070 system for a single 1080ti and it performs better most the time.
That Natsu Show I know that for the past three years. I rather have a pc with two gpu' s then one.
That's why I said it's not for me.
Корпус говно, у меня он есть
