I think it depends on the computer. If you're on Windows 10, you can also try doing it from Settings > Update & Security > Recovery, then under Advanced Startup "Restart Now." Then you go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings, and hit Restart to enter BIOS
