@I GO HAM i don't think that's the case.. they tried to escape. they must've done something wrong. police can't just.. chase a vehicle. for there to be a car chase there would have to be 1. the chaser 2. the person trying as hard as they can to escape, for whatever reason. if they had no reason to run, they would have stopped

not really, I've seen a white BMW get away once. They just pulled up into a shopping mall parking lot, ditched the car and got away on foot inside the building. It's probably the only way to do it.
