So beautiful! This is the most inspiring UA-cam channel about paragliding! Thanks for sharing, Tim! I can't stop waiting for next season to do at least one of your routes! :)
Ooh that was a good one! I do love to see you fighting for a climb 😀 I thought I had flown the best of the dolomites but still so much more to do. Good effort on getting to Feltre.
Thanks René, hope you’ve seen the other vids in this series… none of these flights would be possible without your hard work! (If anyone reads this and doesn’t know what I’m talking about, René is Mr Flyskyhy!)
@@derekweir1020 thanks Derek, hope you had some good flying in the Dolomites… find me on Telegram (@TimPentreath) and I’ll add you to the Gumball group!
Another AWESOME adventure Tim!! Right on the heels of the Gumball. I think this one was STONKING! I was wondering what happens to your traveling companions when you get separated and decide to forge ahead on your own. Do you keep track of where each other are? Is it just up to each individual to decide they don't want to follow the same path and timeline? Thanks for sharing your ongoing adventures. HAPPY TRAVELS.
Thanks John, glad you enjoyed coming along for the ride! Re your question, yes we definitely keep track of each, just as in the Gumball, using xcrt.aero which plots pins posted in various Telegram groups. We all realise we’re on our own should we get separated (unless we’ve previously agreed that we’d stay together - which we’ve never done) but if we landed just a few kms apart we’d prob try to regroup if not in the evening then likely in the morning. If more than a few kms then it would be dependant on public transport whether it makes sense to regroup… or maybe we’d share our planned goal for the day and try and meet up there… basically you have to be able to go it alone, but it was great fun flying with Barbs on the first two days of this trip…!
Incredible Flight Tim. Looking forward to joining Us in Hunza Valley Pakistan by 2025. indeed you ll mark the memorable flight here in the great Karakurum and Himyalias.
Hi Tim, I've been flying for 35 years and your videos have been the most entertaining and educational I have seen. I've always been a bit nervous about paragliding in the Alps XC, would you have any suggestions or guided trips? Again, many thanks, magnificent and very well produced.
Thanks for your kind words David, they’re appreciated! 35 years is impressive - 1 more than me! I’d recommend going on a guided xc trip with someone like Chris White (facebook.com/share/1ApmS9B7UP/?mibextid=LQQJ4d) who’s got a wealth of guiding experience in the French alps

So you did it for real ?!… Your smile at the end seems to be true too … Thanks, respect, and warm regards
