Need more root growth is right. You still have a good 2 months of growth before winter sets in. Nice repotting. This Jade is off to a great start. With that size pot, you should really get some nice root growth.
Now that is a Jade and a half. Nice trunk on it. 2 arms from 2 different people, great optical illusion.

You should get a lot of butterflies around the flowers of the milkweed. Chives. Good to cut up and sprinkle on a boiled potato. Always chores to do.
