He got a bit older when he came back in 2019(I think). I only recognised him when I was looking over old eastenders clips, when Patrick Trueman identified Paul's body. He was called DI Redick.
What I still don't get after all these years is that the residents must have thought how did "someone" bury Den at back of the pub without Chrissie knowing? If they were smart they say it was Chrissie
I recall an interview with Tracey Ann oberman who played chrissie years ago. She said pretty much the same thing as you, that so many arcs of the storyline made no logical sense and there were gaping plot holes and inconsistencies in it. She said the writers must have been on crack. She went to them with her concerns and they told her that often soap stories were littered with unrealistic elements but it was the nature of the beast. Another thing was that Sam only saw chrissie kill den but later in jail when she told sharon she was able to recount den and Chrissies final words to each other which made no sense as she didn't see or hear their interaction. But it was the same with the Lucy murder and the archie murder in that there were gaping plot holes and inconsistencies in both storylines that made no sense. But as the writers said they must have unrealistic elements in the writing for the sake of drama which is their objective at the end of the day.
At least Chrissie looked sad she'd hurt Sharon. Surprised no one knew it had to be Chrissie. It was her pub. How would Sam do it alone? Sam was stupid though as she'd dug up a body, at least knew it was there. She lost her mind
I wanted to see Den's actual corpse!!!!! It would've been good if zombie Den had rampaged through the square before police showed up to shoot him, and make him fall back into his coffin!!!!!
Kim Medcalf earned herself a return as Sam Mitchell with this performance, when she dug Den up she was convincing as the crazy person at the end of her tether 🤣.
@@jamessky9155 Den would make a scary zombie!!!!!! His tall, long-limbed body, and his big, accusatory eyes surrounded by dark circles and a chalky white, clammy complexion would be terrifying to behold!!!! :(
@@STEJTHEGREATEST 😆 Sharon was a bit mean expecting Dennis to cry. Den loved Sharon but didn't love Dennis. Why force him to cry? She was selfish. Sam was naive to think digging up a body wouldn't make her look like the killer
"Walking on him, standing on him. No one deserves that" errrrrm might have wanted to remember that when it came to Keanu.
''Well i wanted him here didn't I?'' HAHA brilliant the dark humour.
Who would of thought the copper would come back years later as Mitch

I thought I recognised him!!
Just as I thought.
Like barry was a paramedic then came back as a different person 😂
Sharon was like another daughter to Pauline, seeing she was great pals with Michelle and still is.

Is that Mitch Baker playing a copper at 3:03?
It certainly is! I recognised the actor as soon as he returned as Mitch.
Yes definitely is.
Yes
@@danwilson2092 I always remember him best as Everton from the comedy series 'chef' .
@@gemstar7286 Oh yes! I've heard of it but never seen it.
Well I wanted him here didnt I? Lmao🤣
no one wanted you there did they?
Dennis nearly dropped Sharon. LOL
You're jealous cos he had his arms round her not you.
You save it for the judge I’m already picking out my outfit for your trial
Dennis had quick reflexes
Chrissie was so evil! And Sam always got the rough end of most things, didn't she? And still does!
Christie kill him Dan
Sam is one of my favourites she did nothing wrong.
She did do something wrong she dug up a dead corpse and that's illegal.
@@Quirky_Ventriloquist and she concealed a murder and helped dispose of the corpse
Isn't that policeman Mitch?
It is.

Fuck Dennis was strong. He picked her up like she was nothing.
Thought it would have been a body bag not a coffin
Chrissy watts she did killed him

Ey up Mitch.
Apart from those who knew it was her
Dennis looked like a dead man whilst cutting that cake.
No wonder can you blame him after the news he just heard before.
Only 2 men carrying a coffin with a body inside? It usually takes 6 men to carry one.
@Ben G Eww. Still
@erosion271 it's not just the body itself though. The coffins are heavy as hell too. I would say that's a prop and not a real coffin.
@erosion271 interesting. I never knew that,I just assumed they were heavy. I stand corrected so.
