This teaching has started an incredible direction in my life, I’ve listened so many times even if it’s just the first 15 minutes and things have never been the same

So astounding to find this on the internet. I suppose if you could really understand it, you would become a Bodhisattva or even a Buddha.

I listen to this reading over and over. I wonder about the repeated phrase that (various things) "cannot be captured". Is this a problem of translation? Can anyone explain the meaning of this phrase to me?
I really hope that all beings will be free...

Maybe I can help, the phrase you refer, "cannot be captured" is equivalent to 不可得 (Bu Ke De) in Chinese. I shall show you some examples from the Diamond Sutra (translated by Charles Luk) which contains this phrase (不可得 Bu Ke De) or something similar.
'No, World Honoured One. When the Tathagata was with Dipamkara, He did not OBTAIN anything from the Dharma.'
      「世尊!如來在然燈佛所,於法實無所得。」
‘No, World Honoured One. As I understand the meaning of the Buddha’s teaching, when He was with Dipamkara Buddha, He had no Dharma by means of which He ATTAINED "Supreme Enlightenment".’
      「不也,世尊!如我解佛所說義,佛於然燈佛所,無有法得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。」
The Buddha said: 'Just so! Subhuti, just so! There was really no Dharma by means of which the Tathagata ATTAINED Supreme Enlightenment.
      佛言:「如是,如是!須菩提!實無有法如來得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。
And why? Because, Subhuti, neither the past, the present nor the future mind can be FOUND.'
      所以者何?須菩提!過去心不可得,現在心不可得,未來心不可得。
Subhuti said to the Buddha: 'World Honoured One, does your (own) attainment of Supreme Enlightenment (Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi) mean that you have not GAINED anything whatsoever?'
      須菩提白佛言:「世尊!佛得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提,為無所得耶?」
The Buddha replied: 'Just so, Subhuti, just so, I have not GAINED even the least Dharma from Supreme Enlightenment, and this is called Supreme Enlightenment.
      「如是,如是!須菩提!我於阿耨多羅三藐三菩提乃至無有少法可得,是名阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。
Now you probably notice the word "capture" can be exchanged by words like "obtain" and "attain".
If we read the perfection of wisdom in 700 lines translated by Edward Conze, he chooses the word "apprehend", which roughly equals to "understand" or "perceive" or "grasp" if you search the dictionary.
So, for your question, I won't say "capture" is a wrong translation, but because of the nature of Prajna-paramita texts, different translators may deploy different words under different contexts. Hope it helps:)

people be careful entering the sutra....i think they are supernatural and can radically alter your perception even if you dont understand what is being said..>>im reading a few sutras and i can tell you...you'll have dreams of jumping into fountains and will find yourself in atlantic locations and you wonT know how you goT there •\o whaT realm iz thiZ -i gotta go bye >>*opens door* *closes door* *opens another door*

you think too much, this is not the way dharma works. If you have issue reading the sutra, it's only due to your own obstacle.

This reading is wrong one It is actually to be the Manjushri, avalokisvara, Suniti etc discussing and questioning and not the Buddha asking questions. Buddha was simply witnessing the discussion and not the one asking questions. Because Buddha is totally enlightened and Manjushri is 10 th Bhume level a one step before enlightenment. He is in buddhasattava level.

U probably meant prajnaparamita hrdya sutra, the one where it goes "form is emptiness, emptiness is form". This one is not the hrdya prajnaparamita, it's just the prajnaparamita sutra. Very similar names, yes.
