The additive Ti frame members are awesome- I've been speculating on those since the first laser printup rig I saw 20 years ago- those with carbon tubes are optimum imho. Hydroformed Al and rapid layup carbon intervened in the marketplace first, however.
The last bike was my fave! Because the bb remains the same stroke all throughout the pedal stroke. It's like a progressive side of the GT iDrive system.
This has got to be one of my all time favourite videos of gmbn Tech. Just love small enthusiastic manufacturers. Everyone wants to tell you their ideas without the buzzwords. Would absolutely love to see you Guys showcasing the smaller Shows, its just the best! Also shoutout to Alex and his Red ra;)
those cut-away sections of additive printed sections, with all that fine lattice within, is mindblowing. Bikes in the future are going to be a lot different
The PROVA TITANIUM bike is my favourite there, the clean design is great, that super clean HB with the extended frame is very nice. That bespoke bike show is a candy store. I would like to have been there. One of my bikes is a hard tail titanium MTB I built in the 90s and it's been terrific. It's always been set up with semi-slicks for blasting paved mountain roads here in Taiwan, configured zen clean and minimal as possible.
Awesome... The interviews are really informative. Some of these people are so geeky I would definitely want a bike made by them. I have started looking up some of these manufactures websites.
Finally honeycomb additive manufacturing. I've been waiting for this since I first heard about 3D printing. Saw it on Gordon Murruy's T50 first now bikes. No more hollow tubes.
That is a lot of Intend BC forks in there, even spotted Intend brake levers on the 32" bike. Kind of cool as Cornelius from Intend worked for Trickstuff previously on developing the Diretissima brakes 🤓
awesome vid. keep doing these shows. showcase the work builders are doing so they keep doing it. encourage them to keep innovating and reward them for their work.
With all the new tech available to small scale builders custom mtb frames are finally back to challenge the big companies. They’re even attractive in price compared to what the big players charge for their frame sets. 💚
What has changed today is 3D printers. Imagine the possibilities. Also the rise in carbon fiber. It’s not as cheep but for handmade bikes you can create some wicked designs without spending tens of thousands on machines.
It went together easily in less than an hour. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.
What's your favorite bike from Bespoked? 🤔 Let us know👇

Dawley’s Activist is the standout for me. Thanks for including enough of their name from the back of their stand so I could go find it 😊
The Feather 🤤
PROVA
The last bike was my fave! Because the bb remains the same stroke all throughout the pedal stroke. It's like a progressive side of the GT iDrive system.
Inspirational! Yes, please continue showcasing shows like this.
WOW!!! The Aukland work is awesome, everything there is ART, cheers Anna

For sure! They were so interesting to see! It was cool to see how internal cable routing can be made a whole lot easier. 👍
All good, but the Feather bikes caught my eye, maybe mainly the superb paint, but the subtle slender tubing and joints
Love the innovation of these smaller companies. It would be awesome to do a longer video with all the vendors at this show.
The 1st bike was awesome. Ti Full suspension 🔥
Yea!
expensive frame 4700 us 4900 euro no rear shock or anything else 😲
the pinion hardtail is a beauty😍
That's the shortest chainstay we have seen from a frame with a Pinion, it must be a great playful bike!
I love the fact that hardtails are still a solid choice for custom builders. That Feather brand mtb looked like a Sklar hardtail built in Montana
i had no idea the 3d printed tubes had a lattice work inside them, integrated weld bead material for future joining.. impressive.
Yea it's cool, isn't it! They can also get a really nice snug fit which helps reduce any frame alignment issues caused as the frame is welded.
Coal Bikes are really fantastic bikes, also the (Coal Bikes) Pony hardtail looks super solid. 👍👍
Thanks bud appreciate that
FINALLY a big guy bike with big 36" wheels, bravo! It looks fantastic.
Coal bikes is sick, plus I know him he from our village,
That huhn bike is beautiful! Some luvley looking hardtails there aswell !
I would go for the Aukland Cycle for sure, I mean the man is competing with it, and such an enthusiasm!! If only I could afford one lol
He's a top bloke too...runs a shop near me, excellent service.
Yes! More, please!
These bikes are beautiful, loaded with tech and I'll bet the least expensive of them costs a small fortune.

The amount of Intend forks here is mindblowing!
Great... Would have loved to go... Forgot again it was on!
There's always next time! 😉
The Moorhuhn is absolutely spectacular. Congrats @HUHN CYCLES
Brilliant mob of folks doing that work some nice looking bikes for sure. Thanks Anna great interviews/ geekout with the builders
The last single pivot seemed rather interesting.
Yeah, it was really cool to see how the linkage worked!
Awesome... The interviews are really informative. Some of these people are so geeky I would definitely want a bike made by them. I have started looking up some of these manufactures websites.
Glad you enjoyed it! We loved going around and chatting to everyone! There were so many interesting custom built bikes! 👍
The level of craft and creativity is unbelievable! Great video!
wow,that big Huhn,so cool,great show,great report :-) Every bike is sick,so cool
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Some amazing minds/engineers/crafts-people out there😎👍🏻
Finally honeycomb additive manufacturing.
I've been waiting for this since I first heard about 3D printing. Saw it on Gordon Murruy's T50 first now bikes. No more hollow tubes.
LOVE THE LAST ONE
It was cool seeing what people who are far more creative than myself can do. That Coal bike link is identical to the Evo link Trek used forever.
Beautiful presentation
⬆️
Love coal bikes, making steel full suss cool
I think I'm up to my 15th watch of this video, I'm not sure I'll get tired of it.
We're stoked you're enjoying it so much, Galen! 😅
Brilliant work by some really talented people. Keep promoting and supporting them.
Awesome cool bikes 🤘👍❤❤❤
Yea, we love these shows!
The lovely Rando bike by Pi Manson. He is also a great chap as well!
Beautiful linkage
That’s sick, so inspirational
Wow, what wonderful designs and build quality, Will have to keep an eye out for future similar events to visit. Thanks for the enthusiastic video 👌
Always worth going to a bike show! 🤣
Intend seems to be the darling of the handbuilt bike industry in Europe.
Was hoping to see a spot on Howler!
More custom bikes!
That is a lot of Intend BC forks in there, even spotted Intend brake levers on the 32" bike. Kind of cool as Cornelius from Intend worked for Trickstuff previously on developing the Diretissima brakes 🤓
A lot of amazing innovations taking place!
100%
Really fascinating please have more of this sort of thing
We love producing content like this, so stay tuned for more! 👍
That bike from Feather was fabulous. Sorry you didn’t describe the handlebar.
You gotta love a full sus that looks like a hardtail. It's sooooo cleeaaan.
The custom bike for that big guy was brilliant. Not my kinda thing but great build
Brilliant showcase, definitely more like this, all very talented people.
awesome vid. keep doing these shows. showcase the work builders are doing so they keep doing it. encourage them to keep innovating and reward them for their work.
Loving Anna as a new host! I usually take a while to like a new host but it is nice to have a woman's perspective on mountain biking
We totally agree! Anna has hit the ground running with being a GMBN Tech presenter! It's great having her on the team!
the rear shock pivot looks like it hit the seat tube nice
The Coalbike floater bottom shock pivot design is from McMahon bikes. Trek used the design after McMahon went under. That is my favorite 😍
why dose Allen Millyard come to mind, bet most off these started off in a shed in someones back garden lol love seeing stuff like this!!
These are freakin badass!!!
100%!
Terrific content. Thanks
Thanks, Will! We're stoked that you enjoyed this one! 👍
A feather mtb with the superstar strawberry seat post clamp!!!!!!! God I love the cycling world
Please have a part two if there is more to see
Thank you for the video!
And thank to show us some njce custom bikes
I want to see more of the Prova
More shows, local bike shop visits and community stuff please.
That's the plan Miles!
Liking the prova bike,
Wow,I like this Hi Tech Bikes, made of solid Titanium, Alluminum,so on. We've gone a long way
Best content! Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it! We really appreciate the support! 👍
Awesome bikes!

As Sam Pilgrim just said in his latest video: 36" wheels is the future of MTB. 😉
Anyone else salivating?
🙋😋
I have 80mm front suspension.
Her: Wow!
2:44
LOL
Ohhhh damn, i will make my own softail from steel!!!
You need to check out the Trinity bike with their full suspension gearbox bike.
Amazing bikes! ❤❤❤
The best!
Love all the metal work I'm just not a carbon kind of guy
Metal is still a good material for a bicycle, and not just for that. The ISS is built out of Aluminium, and the crew dragon space capsule too
Just like Anna said, it's great to see materials other than steel being used for custom-built frames! Titanium and Aluminium custom builds are sick!
Awesome content. I am seriously lusting after a steel full squish. I don't even care about the weight.
They're a comparable weight to say a full carbon bike of the same class.
This video could easily have been an hour long an I would happily watch it all lots to see
Get well soon 🙂
Some nice bikes there 🤤
100%!
wow! impressive!
Agreed! It's crazy how creative you can be when producing bespoke bikes!
Best bike frame work... Alhamdulillah Allah bless him
Brilliant
is additive mnf equals to 3d printing?
Very interesting 🎉❤
What was the red one at 7:14? That was beautiful
ZAjebistete maszyny!!!
Wow!!!
8:10 Show that handlebar to Doddy :)
Yeah Ricky Feather, old hyde local.
Hipster bag under the damper of the first bike is gonna damage the stantion in use. Looks great apart from that oversight.
Can anyone recommend a UK manufacturer that makes custom steel XC/trail hardtails
Ra Bikes do custom stuff 👍
Weird how the first MTB has 42mm Gravel Tyres?
What has changed today is 3D printers. Imagine the possibilities. Also the rise in carbon fiber. It’s not as cheep but for handmade bikes you can create some wicked designs without spending tens of thousands on machines.
The derailleur system should have been obsolete by now, stuff like pinion and beltdrive is the future.

She just learned a new Buzzword...
is the term 3D-printed dead? Was not invited to the funeral. "additively manufactured" is cool for long eloquent sentences at dinner parties tho.
I came at 3.29. Couldn’t last any longer.
Coal bike looks like an old Trek ex8...
The tires on the huhn 129 look like an absolute joke for a bike like this :D
hell yeahh!!!! Women host!!!!
