Hi, Can you please explain in English little. I want to send parcel to Stockholm. Is India post is reliable??
Yes it is, you will get your parcel within 20-25 days.. and also you can check and track your parcel using tracking ID, so that you can know where it is now
For 20kg it’s cost 6500rs only for me. You can check the India post website to know more about the items that we can’t send.

You can contact customs officer directly.. you might need to submit some documents related to the items in your package. If you send medicine they might ask prescription and bill. Or if you send lot is similar stuff (for example similar cloths) you might needed to submit the bill( for that you just need to tell them those are old clothes in back home or tell them those are gifts send from your family,so you don’t need to submit anything). Mostly may have to give 200-500kr to get your packet back. Call them, They will help you. Don’t worry
