Fun fact: In BoTW if you open a chest from the side and you have no pants on, Link kicks the chest open and hurts his foot

If you crouch and try to open the chest from the back or side, Link will punch it and hurt his hand!

I like how in BotW where ou can do whatever the hell you want, Link can just pop open a chest from any direction. Hell, the chest doesn't even have to be standing upright.

You should have opened the Hylian Shield chest for BOTW, and in some cases a regular chest with regular loot was opened. This video is incomplete because the distinction between Key Item and regular loot was not made tbh.

there is not a specific one. in order to get one, you have to find an online retailer or someone that will install it to your 3DS's motherboard. it takes a couple months and cost 2-3 hundred dollars. even more if you buy a 3DS from that retailer with one already installed. If you have a New 3DS/ New 3DS XL, there is a special hack that is installed the the micro SD card for wireless video capture. It is a very risky procedure and can brick your 3DS if you aren't careful.

Why are you reading this? spirit tracks actually uses the Phantom Hourglass soundtrack for the chest if you get something that ISN'T a rupee. it's a shame they didn't show footage of that one instead. (although it would just be the same as ph, it would avoid assumptions like this)

Phantom Hourglass's theme, especially because of the music preceding it, sounds like the entrance of a villain. I straight up imagined Bowser crashing in through a roof.

Getting 100% on this is hell and I’ve heard this beyond enough times.
Even after all this time, I still find that the N64 games' animation and fanfare is my personal favorite.
The fact that it's just four rising notes, and is still recognisable, is amazing.

The sound is still present in BOTW when you unlock a new area on the map, but it's very subtle.

When people ask me why Majora's Mask is my favourite, I just show them Deku Link jumping inside the chest to get the item

Ocarina/Majora's will always be my favorite, it feels the most epic. Even though I grew up with Wind Waker.

A little sad you didn't include all the different animations from the same games. In OoT the animation changes when you're adult, in MM it changes with different forms, even in BotW there's also an animation where Link kicks the chest and hurts himself (no damage)
