In fact shopee express never call. They took photo and left outside immediately within a min. Sometimes no photo also. I bought from shopee a few times in a month.
I feedback the same thing to them before! Just leave outside on the ground, no knock no press doorbell. Anyone can take the parcel and leave
Same for me only WhatsApp and left it there directly,they never call out delivery
Agreed, don’t think many actually follow their SOP and call if no one is at home.
Usually WhatsApp and leave at doorstep, sometimes never even press doorbell and self declare as no one home.
There was a few instances where they just left my parcel worth few hundred outside and didn’t even WhatsApp or call, luckily so far haven’t lost anything yet.
you lucky that they at least still deliver and inform you. Mine never inform, once also never deliver although the app say "delivered". I had to make a complaint to the Shopee before I can get my parcel and it was a phone.

Speaking from a parcel delivery driver point of view, each parcel if u need to call or whatsapp customer, its really time consuming, plus we are facing over 150-200 parcels per day, sometimes we call customer, they never respond, whatsapp also never reply, if that happens to 9 out of 10 customer, then we will have to fail their deliveries, and at the end of the day, we dont earn anything from those fail deliveries. Furthermore, sometimes customer may take minutes to open door, i ever met customer who asked me "can you not ring the bell so many times?" Only can say, we cant please everyone or accomodate to every customer's request, just be happy that your parcel is delivered to you..

😱 shoppee delivery walker wear such tee shirt? I have never seen it before because all the delivery person just leave the parcel by my door and take a picture to tell me. They have never even ring the door bell before. 😅😅

Just by some of the comments can tell how spoiled most people are 🤮. If every single unit they must call and wait 3 mins with over 200 parcels... By 12am also cannot finish. If parcels missing you only need to refund. But on their end they need to pay penalty that's worth few days of their pay. If never deliver all the parcels by that day itself also penalty. Sometimes ring doorbell get scolded don't ring also scolded. Got dog barking baby sleeping. Some want call some hate call. How liddat? Just be nice is all they ask for and don't make their life difficult. 50 cents per parcel not worth all of these. Be happy that you got your parcel and you receive your purchased at the comfort of your own home.

I order many times before. There is one time happen quite funny even I am at home, the window is open face to corridor, They never call 'delivery'! They only whatsapp me with photos they have put the parcel in the window and left silently. I have never received any phone call seriously lol. Sometime only if they good mood they will still call delivery la😂

Not all delivery person as nice as them. Yes, there are some who will send photos of the package but there was also some who tried to steal your package.
I bought a phone from shopee but nobody come to my house to deliver. The app said that it was delivered but the phone was nowhere to be found. I check the CCTV but nobody come to make delivery on that day (at the time the package supposed to be delivered). I had to make a complaint to Shopee and called many times before they finally delivered but the delivery man also never inform me that it was delivered and just put the package on my shoe rack 3 working days after it was supposed to be delivered.

😂this video like sugar coating. In reality, the delivery man/lady don’t wear the uniform, never press door bell, but for my case got send WhatsApp and photos.
But recently the courier guy always deliver late in the evening like 8+pm or as late as 11+pm.
Cause if never deliver everything by that day they have penalty. And that penalty can cost you few days of work

Nonsense Sia.. Shopee xpress will never knock or press doorbell.. it will only be thrown outside your unit and if you are lucky you will receive a text message your parcel is delivered that’s all 😂

Based on my latest purchase after this video, Shoppee express didn't call. They left the item in my riser and text me the photo.

If you guys come my house to deliver my shopee parcel, I will ask for a photo instead 🤣 Anyway, not all the delivery man call & they won't put our parcel on hold. Usually they just whatsapp a photo & if I don't inform anyone at home to bring in my parcel, it will be left outside until I got home from work...
