One of the best ones when it comes to attention to detail!! My thought would be that those eyes at the top of the roof should go off. The house in itself (without those eyes) contains many myriad mysteries. The eyes take away from the minutia of them. The harder you have to look for something scary (for example, the skeleton in the oven), the more intense the fright!!
