Jim Heard killed WCW. He took over a company that was selling out arenas all across the South. WCW was turning a profit. But then he ran off Flair, the Road Warriors, the Midnight Express, etc .He wanted the Ding Dongs, the Hunchbacks, Long John Silver. This opened the door for a 8 year unobstructed run for the WWF. And Bischoff comes along. He spent money like a drunken sailor. He was gifted a primetime tv show. He stole an invasion angle from Japan. He accidentally found Goldberg until Nash and Hogan screwed that up. Russo finishes off what's left of WCW with hot shotting, unbelievable angles, exposing things that shouldn't have been exposed. Nash was booking at the end. All the high priced talents, including Bischoff, were trying to get sent home.Other promoters would have bought WCW but the TNT tv guys didn't want Rasllin' on their tv. Jim Heard killed WCW.
