I've been watching from 2004 and my favorite player is Taufik Hidayat but Lin Dan is the best that I've ever seen between his Olympic years. I've been watching from 2004 and my favorite player is Taufik Hidayat but Lin Dan is the best that I've ever seen between his Olympic years. In 2014 Lin Dan suffered a really bad knee injury playing futbol. 2015 was a huge drop off in wins for him and he had to adopt a more economical way of playing.
