Hey guys, I'm in my office today and I have a special treat for you. Can you guess what is in the box? I'll give you a hint. Its gross weight is 15 pounds. I've done toy unboxings before, and I've done supplier unboxings before. Today though, I'm going to combine the two and do something a little different.
If you guessed that there's only one diecast model in this box. You would be correct. There is only one. This gigantic, humongous box right here only has one model in it.

We had a prototype 795 sent to our mine (Newmont Phoenix) in Battle Mountain, Nevada for testing. I spent a couple months testing and running it in normal production. I've spent 30 years in mining operating a wide variety of haul trucks, but the 795 was by far my favorite. In one test I was asked to run it down a long 8% grade fully loaded in full dynamics at 35 MPH. Just about smoked the grid box but after about a half hour cool down with a water truck standing by, I fired it up and put it right back into production. From that point on we limited the downhill top end at 27 MPH, still amazing, incredible down hill dynamic holding power. One of my most favorite features was that the dashboard was a very low form factor so the forward visibility was with a doubt the best of the myriad of haul trucks that I've driven...

I'd like to see a review of the First Gear IH 350 Payhaul dump truck. I haven't yet found any detailed reviews of this model on UA-cam.
