Spokane Track Meet Vlog 2025 | Life With Laysi

This was my first indoor track meet in 3 years since my freshman year in college at USC. I was hurt my sophomore year during indoor season because of achilles tendinopathy in my left foot and I was hurt my junior year during indoor season because I tore my right hamstring. I was very nervous and had to overcome the fear of getting hurt again this year, but I managed to pull myself together and in the end I came out with a Personal Record. Although, it was not fast, it was fast for me compared to my previous record from my freshman year. A win is a win and excited to progress healthily throughout the rest of the season. Enjoy!
