Very slow and very less. India will miss the bus if it relies solely on slow coach and a bureaucratic govt monolith such as ISRO. Only when India sees successful private players will India be able to tap into the real space potential and become a global space power on lines of IT and Pharma sectors. India must do more to liberalise its space sector. India needs to do the same with its nuclear power sector as well as it has been lagging an doldrums for a while. Main issues with govt sector is always large and slow, lack of innovation, resistance to risk and always out of touch and out of sync with current trends.
