First, I love your videos and I'm slowly making my way through all your playlists - I'll move onto cheftush afterward. I have a Triumph Stag which needs new carpets and I begrudge the amount they cost. Following this video I got some demo pieces from a local carpet shop and I've tried sewing them. I thought I might need an industrial machine but no, my wife's ex-sewing-machine (it has become my machine for a few weeks) did a strong and perfect stitch. It'll cost me £70 instead of £250.

It looks great ,what I like is the light brown stripes on the carpet. You make it so easy to built a new carpet but you have enough experience.

Thanks Elin, I purchased carpets from Rimmer Brothers unpacked them and came to a standstill, now I know where to put the pieces ....I hope...

Excellent job, I like the choice of brown carpet and contrasting tan edging, picking up the colours of the Tartan interior trim.
With all that glue you'd better hope it doesn't get soaked again !
