    Wow this was easy to follow and helped make clear things in a very easy to understand way for the first half, I will admit the second half speaker goes so quickly it's harder to follow, but I learned a lot!

    I used to get allergic as soon as the weather changed, it was common to have a watery nose, it used to be a lot of trouble. One day I purchased nasal air from the IAFA allergy store on the doctor's suggestion. This is really a wonderful product. Herbal smoke has no side effects at all.

    Going back to V/Q - Say theoretically, a patient had ventilation of 1ml and perfusion of 4ml. Obviously the idea is to treat it so the ratio is equal (4ml/4ml). Is there ever a time where you would decrease perfusion to compensate for that drop in ventilation (1ml/1ml), or would this likely do more damage than good?

    Screen moving too fast between slides and lecture is spoken too fast , specially by the end . Remember the viewer is a student ......he / she needs to understand as they listen . Content is concise and good . Keep the good work going . Great effort.

    and god help you if you get on a ward the same as me, short staffed and treated like a hypochondriac, 9 days later after doctors saying there was nothing wrong, collapsed and died, then woke up on icu, then down to hdu, then back to the same ward where it all went wrong, i wish i could meet those doctors now.

    Its not always true that you will not have gas exchange during shunting.. its almost impossibly to shunt all blood

    The female is VERY difficult to understand. Now i see why it's hard to understand most of the speakers. They're all Asians and English is not their first language!
