Because that speaks to a level of care and professionalism that used to be a reasonable expectation back in the day, but has too often gone to the wayside in today's modern world. It says that these ppl know what they're doing, and they're going to do it right, or not at all.

Gotta love that slo-mo! Gotta ask something that’s been driving me crazy - how are you not slipping and falling? Ok, rubber boots on dry tile - slightly slippery. Rubber boots on wet tile - pretty slippery. Rubber boots on soapy, wet tile - on your butt on the tile. How do you do it?

Have you ever considered putting the products you use in the description in case anyone else wants to use them? Like the type of soap for each type of rug, the machines and tools you use? I’m starting my own carpet cleaning business in the states and just wanted some ideas of where to get good quality tools and stuff! Love your videos btw. Fabulous as usual, yes it helps me relax ready for bed and yes scraping is my favourite part but I also have noticed I'm interested in your techniques, it's not just a simple case of wash and dry it's knowing what to use etc I love these videos 💕

So funniest story
Yesterday I was at the nail salon, and there was a rug by the entrance. The carpet wasn't filthy but just needed some TLC. As I sat in the waiting area, I looked at the rug and thought to myself, "I would love to see this rug get cleaned" 🥴

I enjoy watching your channel. I have a question though. When you’ve done the first few passes why don’t you go the other way? You always go side to side smaller ends. Wouldn’t more dirt come out going in the opposite directions? Just curious

I believe some carpets have matting that only wipes cleanly in one direction, brushing them the other direction pulls up the carefully laid fibers which create the very delicate pattern on the carpet, and also gives it a flat surface
I wonder if some of the passes don’t get cut out, because I wondered why he didn’t scrape outward from the middle until I saw one of the slow-mo passes with the squeegee where he did just that. It must matter how the nap of the carpet runs.
