Damn. Super impressive. I saw a 21 yo gymnast train at our gym all summer and he also did lots of crazy insane abs workouts. He did no balancing though. One thing I notice that you do is what Anton did--he also brought his feet up past where his hands were held. He also did restricted ROM. A crazy thing he showed us is doing hanging leg lifts from a very low bar. He said growing up he used the lower bar of the girls uneven bars. But at our gym he used the Smith machine lower the bar so that he hung from it with his butt barely above the floor with his legs out. From there he raised his legs and feet touched the bar. I've not seen these before. Do you ever do those? I love your amazing balance and strength. I wrestled 6 years and meeting Anton this summer was the first time I ever met a gymnast in person. Such amazing physiques you both have. Anton got into weights and his upper body is more like a bodybuilder. But he still showed amazing flexibility and his abs workouts made me tired watching. I hope you stay healthy and injury free.

Really appreciate you sharing this. I’ve been at my local gyms for a decade, only knew 1 person that did what you’re talking about. It blew me away at the time cause it seemed literally impossible for me then.
Similarly, I saw a seemingly pro ballerina do her dances and workouts, it blew my mind the level of acrobatics, flexibility, and athletics she had. I’ve been stretching and working on mobility ever since then. Just thought I’d share since most of what I see the the gym are half reps and ego lifts so seeing and sharing about things like this vid demonstrates gives me energy to train

@@alexconstas9634 I'm 6'3 and have been taller than other boys my age. And we didn't have gymnastics so me doing gymnastics never occurred to me. Seeing Anton was fun. I grew up wrestling and then played volleyball and have always been athletic. But gymnasts seem to be in a different league.

you look amazing as usual. You are definitely a superior person. I might add tho that with your hair shorter than it was you tart to look like everyone else and you lose your uniqueness but that body is always going to be TOPS>

Hey Pavel, I always wondered if you really include abs exercises into your personal training routine? Crunches, leg raises etc. Since you are a master in handstands and planche, don't you get a sufficient abs workout along the way, while practicing all these hard technical elements?
