FYI...in case you don't know. Dads appeal case was dismissed by the courts and he has also now lost his one day a week supervised visitation! God is great and is protecting these innocent babies from this narcissist. He is still trying to beg and solicit donations for a lawyer when his case was already dismissed 5 days ago!

@@PMChannel. .........Mr. Hurtt is the one who chose to keep those boys AWAY from their Mother because she wanted to go back to work and not monetize the twins on social media. He refused to co-parent with her, so she took him to court and WON!!!! Good for her!
Thank you that is what got to me was the fact that he never let boys mention their Mother. What did you do at Moms? Do you color at Moms house? I thought it was just wrong to not occasionally say the word Mom. Also it was the planned "accidents" Three times I knew he faked accidents and spills because he asked the boys"Who did this" or "Why did you do this" You could hear one of the boys say "You told me to"
@pedom1111 It depends on what type of mother or father it is because my childhood abuser who impregnated me and physically and sexually abused me. I was grateful when he moved away and married someone else and left me alone and I made him aware that if he ever came around me and my child again, I was calling the cops each time sine he wanted to always put hands on me, and was on drugs and didn't want to do things the legal way. I believe that sometimes, depending on the circumstances, a child is better off with one parent and can still be successful. I have seen some have both parents and turn out to be a wreck.

Why is this father being treated differently from other parents who post UA-cam videos of their children? We don’t know the full story of the relationship between the twins, their dad and their mother but we do know this father loved these boys more than life and gave them the absolute best. The boys seemed happy, well adjusted, loving, giving, and an absolute joy. I pray that this situation is resolved soon and in the best of interest of Joshua and Jerron.
He loved them but used them s his ONLY source of income. Those boys were never allowed to mention their mom because he wanted people to believe she was not involved in their lives, while all the while she was fighting him for joint custody. He refused to co-parent, continued to keep them away from her, then lied on her about things that he said she did. The courts determined that his raising of the boys was EXTREMELY detrimental to their well being, along with him not wanting her to see them (for no real reason). The courts awarded SOLE CUSTODY TO THEIR MOM!!! He has ONE DAY A WEEK of SUPERVISED visitation with them. All the lies he told backfired on him!!! He was emotionally abusive to those boys because they loved and missed their Mother, yet refused to do the right thing. So.......all those tears.......notice there is nothing coming out of his eyes when he "cries," are for show!!! He's crying because now he's gonna have to get a REAL job and support himself instead of using those boys as his meal ticket!!!
From what I understand the only difference is that Jerron Hurtt was instructed in court papers not to have his children on social media, not to expose them, and he disobeyed those instructions. Thank you for commenting.
Exactly we may not know the Full story between the parents. But we do know he loved these baby's and they loved him back. Why are there tons of people doing this...but he is being penalized. Wish I knew why. God let your will be done..

Here is the big difference: Jerron Hurtt was instructed in a court ordered mandate "not to have his children on social media". He disregarded this court ordered mandate and loss his children. I guess I don't know enough about how this works. I do recall once I heard him say we don't use that word here, but I don't know what the word was...Mom maybe!! My heart hurts for the little HURTT boys, and I hope they can get to a better place. How is it good for this to be better? First never seeing mom, now barely seeing dad. Strange world. Strange rule. I was always suspicious of this guy. I couldn’t put my finger on it but there was just something fishy about it. He always refused to discuss the mother which made me wonder.

I didn’t realise that all of his videos were taken down, what a shame! Of course we never heard the full story of why he was a single dad, but through the videos we were full of respect and admiration for him taking care of the boys. He did an amazing job. Hopefully he will keep his connection going with the children, they need their father.

I can’t believe what I’m seeing! I had not seen any videos of the twins lately and thought that I’d check how they are doing and came to this video.
The dad was always caring, educating and loving to the boys, there was nothing missing from what an outsider’s view. The dad taught them good values for life, so why did the court not at least decide on shared custody? My heart breaks for the poor dad, he does not deserve this!
Yes, it's a very sad situation. We don't know the details of the court order, but we do know that he disobeyed a court order not to have the kids on social media which is why all the videos of the kids were deleted. Hopefully, the parents can work thinks out. The boys are so cute and would love to see how they are doing now. Thanks for commenting.

@renatep.7566........There has been a shared custody order in place since 8/22. However, he REFUSED to allow the mom her time with them and would NOT let her see them!!!! He was also told to remove ALL videos of the boys from social media. He refused to do either because the videos were his ONLY means of support, and their mom did not want them monetized. When he did not comply with the court order, the boys were removed from his home and mom received SOLE CUSTODY of them. He has since lost his complete parental rights because he is STILL trying to make money off of the videos. It's all about the money for him.......nothing else.

She could only spend time with them on his terms. I remember during the pandemic they could only see her when she had wiped everything down in the park with Lysol. He sat in the car and watched. He was a low down person to her and he knows it. He should have gotten a job and taken care of his kids. Kids aren't supposed to take care of parents, the parents are supposed to take care of the kids. Everything he thinks he owns belong to those kids, the house, the car he hasn't worked and bought nothing. The kids worked for that. Arrogant thod.

No sides are taken in this paternity battle.We are always open to speaking with the mother. There are two other black fathers mentioned in this video not just Hurtt.

It's a paternity case. You know there is a lot more to the story. We don't need to hear it. Let's pray the boys are happy and well-taken care of.
Mr. Hurtt kept those boys from their mother, even though he did NOT have legal custody of the boys, and he refused to co-parent with her. He staged almost all videos of those children, getting mad at them if they mentioned their Mom in some way. Then he would just "happen" to have his camera rolling when one of them got hurt and begin taping them, then tell the unhurt twin to comfort the hurt twin to get likes and donations. WHAT PARENT DOES THAT????? The emotional abuse was also there, and those who were familiar with their videos saw that as well. The court system, along with therapists and court appointed attorney for the boys and others, determined that he was EXTREMELY detrimental to the boys emotional/physical health. THIS is why SOLE custody was awarded to their mother, with only ONE DAY A WEEK SUPERVISED visitation to the dad.

My God they should share custody
Unfortunately, we don't know why custody is limited with the days. Hopefully, the boys are okay.
He was directed in August of 2022 by the courts to share custody with the Mom until determination could be made on custodial custody, but he STILL refused to do so and continued to keep them from her. He was also ordered to take the videos of the boys off of ALL social media platforms, but did not do that either because that was his only means of support. He was found in contempt of court, and along with failing court ordered drug tests, the Mom was given SOLE CUSTODY of the boys, with only ONE DAY OF SUPERVISED VISITATION for Mr. Hurtt. They are with their Mom now and no longer have to "perform" for the camera, or "accidently" get hurt to get likes and views.......child abuse at it's finest. I'm sure he loves his sons, but he loved the money they generated more!!! 😞

It's crucial to recognize that parenting is a shared responsibility, and regardless of parental relationship dynamics, children deserve the love, care, and support of both parents to thrive and reach their full potential.
It depends on how the mother or father is. I was reared by my mother and I am well adjusted. The parent could not be a good parent.

He had 2 court ordered restraining orders to remove them from social media and he violated these orders hence why he is now in contempt of court. If it was all about making memories then he should not have had a problem removing them from social media. He risked their safety but exposing the location of their school online for ALL to see. He encouraged them to talk to strangers and constantly reffered to strangers as "aunties" which is insane for such young and impressionable young kids to think everyone is family and therefore trustworthy. He always tagged where they were eating/shopping/walking which puts them at huge risk. Glad the judge saw that. The glamorous facade of nice car, nice clothes, nice home, private school means nothing if their safety is at risk. Glad judge is not blinded by all the glitz! As for the hospital trips, that happened too often. Even the "falls" where they injured themselves happened too often. It always concerned me that he always happened to be filming when they fell and got hurt. I questioned whether he did it for content as he is primary concern was always to film it rather than show comfort or empathy towards his sick or hurt child. In my opinion it was and is all about the money they made him. He didn't even save any of it. All squandered, and he even admits he is broke! It was and still is about the money the twins can generate for him. That is why he is still begging. He is a grifter and wants an income without having to work. Mom works and pays for her own way in life without begging on social media. Sorry for the long post but I had to put this out there.

He will never answer your questions just as he doesn't ever answer questions from the thousands of people asking him why he violated the court orders and why he never saved a dime from all the money made. Even now, all his posts are about donations and money he needs for a lawyer! Why can't he work to pay for his lawyers? Why does he feel entitled to others money to pay for his lawyers?

YOU'RE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. HIS PLATFORM IS POSITIVE AND HE'S ALWAYS SHOWING LOVE AN COMPASSION TO HIS PRECIOUS SONS. I CAN'T SAY THE SAME FOR OTHER'S THAT I SEE ON FACEBOOK LIVE WITH CHILDREN. THERE'S PROFANITY AND INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR, JUST TO NAME A FEW.
There is a groundswell of opinion at the moment against children being used to earn money on social media. Some of the suggestions include putting any $ earned by children this way into a trust account for them for when they turn 18. Teenage children who’ve been put on social media since they were toddlers are coming out saying that they are very unhappy with how their lives have been and that the whole family’s primary focus is talking about what the latest UA-cam video will be about. Small children supporting their family is a huge burden for them to bear. They used to send children down mines and up chimneys to earn money for their families. Now they put them on social media. Mr Hurtt would have been fully aware during the long custody case (over 3 years) that the videos were an issue. If he really wanted to have the twins with him, he could’ve removed the content and got a proper job to support them. The custody case may have turned out differently then. I would’ve done everything possible. Just because other families earn money this way doesn’t make it right. Sharing videos/photos with family and friends is a different matter entirely of course. There is a difference when content is made public and monetised.
@Jackie-vz2yf...like Senate Bill 1782 that amends the Illinois Child Labor Law to protect children featured in online content. Hurtt father's priority seems to be entertaining people with his "positive" videos over the well being of his children. Because this entertainment is supporting his lifestyle. Who cares if people enjoy watching his children, and he doesn't realize or care the kind of people out there who may be watching them. The fact that he's fighting and crying about what is being done to him instead of taking the videos off social media as he is ordered to do shows his priority. People are calling him a great father, but he has to be ordered to protect his children that he says he loves.
How do you know all this information, i dont believe it, that was a nice channel, its his boys too why can't he record his memories.
We have our resources and the records are public. It was a very nice and wholesome channel watching the everyday adventures of Jerron and his sons. He could record the memories, but not post them online. That is part of the court order and he disobeyed the order. Jerron knew the consequences of disobeying the order and he did it anyway. It's unfortunate, but you cannot defy a court order and expect good things to happen. Maybe, in the future they can work it out. Thanks for your comment.

@@LadynRed95 I am not familiar with that page. Our video was unbiased without taking sides because we understand there are always two sides to every story. The video also included fathers who are making impacts with their children and moving forward in teaching the joys of fatherhood. This is why we played Jerron's video from his own words. No support one way or the other was suggested.

From social media it was obvious he was good to the boys, but there were other things going on. He defied a court order stipulating to keep the boys off social media and this led to one of the reasons the boys were taken away. Thanks for commenting.
@LondonJynx2.0.........You should read the court transcripts before forming an opinion. There are REASONS why those boys were removed from his home and SOLE CUSTODY given to the mother. He use to get one day a week of SUPERVISED VISITATION. However, he has since lost his parental rights as well. That says a LOT about the man that he is.
How can I get the court transcript? There may be more to it, theres always 2 sides to a story but I followed the Hurtt twins videos and I still believe Jarron Sr was/is a good father, he provided and took great care of them. He was raising them right. So sad those boys snatched away and probably so scared and confused, I’m sure this has traumatized them.

There are REASONS why this mans son's were removed from his home (he did NOT have legal custody of them!) Also, you should also be aware of the fact that in the last month he has also lost his PARENTAL RIGHTS!!!!! WHY........AALL his own doing because he thinks he's above the law!!!

@@paulagrant6450 no jealousy or malice. Those boys could not have a normal life. They never interacted with other children Everything they said was scripted Nothing natural. They were not fed properly. All fast food stuff. Had all those older ladies buying their clothes which he spent far too much on. His clothes were very expensive. You had to be alert. Like I remember one of their vacations at a hotel he spilled wine all over the place. Also I don’t believe for one minute his car was stolen. The go fund me kept going forever. And yes their mother was not allowed near them. If they said her name in a video they were hushed. Their grandmother was used as scare tactics. It was terrible. If they did something wrong he would threaten to take them over. Oh there was just so much wrong with the picture. I could go on and on. He used church to draw in the older ladies. He never went. And the phoniness of religious training was obvious. At least now they see their siblings.

Something about them being on Social Media a lot didn't sit well with me, and don't get me wrong, i enjoyed their videos, The Twins have other siblings, and no mention of them, and no mention of their mother troubled me. it's like they didn't exist, the dad trained his boy well, they know how far to go, and what to say, and what not to say, like any kid, The Judge ask the father to stay off Social Media for a good reason, he didn't, and don't get me wrong i don't think he's a bad father, we don't know what goes on behind close doors, nothing is wrong with the mother, every child needs their Mother. And the Father can still see his boys. This mother NEVER Abandon her BABIES.

However, we did not choose sides on the matter. Other stories were included regarding black fathers raising their children. I truly believe this whole thing could have been handled differently, We, or at least I think most of us, are on the outside looking in and only know what we see on his social media platforms. Making videos doesn't qualify for a good father and/pr taking them on trips with the dimes of his viewers. When I first started watching, I fell prey to his pity party of being a single father and sent the boys a gift but as I continued to watch, my opinion changed. I truly believe the boys loved their father and enjoyed making videos. I enjoyed watching them and miss them. HOWEVER, kids need both parents and one was not even allowed to ask him anything about the mother, He would angrily respond with something to the fact don't ask about her and quickly block you, Too, the boys would occasionally slip and mention something about their mom and he would scold them. I know there are two sides to every story and what really happened between mom and dad is none of our business. Nevertheless, when children are involved you have to learn to set your differences aside for the sake of the children. Without elaborating further, there is no way I would allow my son to distance his children, my grands, from their mother (read between the lines). I understand he has visitation rights which is good and if he gets the boys back completely I hope he will get a job and do things differently, I just wish the best for the boys, (Sorry to have been so long winded)

It seems like there are two very different viewpoints regarding this father. I believe he is a good father, but the question remains he went from a full time dad to a parent with once a week supervised visits for one hour with his sons. What made the judge take these steps? There are reasons that we do not know.

She NEVER abandoned them. They were living together until she told him she wanted to go back to work when the boys were well over a year old. They argued and he put her and her son out of the house in the middle of the night and then refused to allow her to see them. He NEVER had legal custody of those boys, and she took him to court and fought for her children. The courts ordered joint custody until a final determination could be made on custodial custody. However he continued to keep the boys from her because those videos he made of the boys were his only means of support. But he was ordered by the court to remove ALL videos of them from ALL social media platforms and he did NOT do it. (Mom is not on social media, works every day and never wanted her children to be monetized.) He was found in contempt of court for defying the judges orders, failed drug screens and all the other lies he told, SOLE CUSTODY was awarded to the Mom. Now he gets one day a week of SUPERVISED VISITATION, which is probably too much, but at least now they can live a normal life with their Mom and brothers.......thank God.

As a mother grandmother ect. My heart bleeds for those boys only being able to see their dad under supervision as if hes a criminal. If thst judge had taken the time to wstch a few of those video's he would of seen the love thst man had for his boys. There was a court order that he continually violated which caused him to lose his sons. None of us can override a court order. There is so much more to this story. You should have told HIM to have a "heart of compassion" because even though he was mandated by the court to share 5050 custody, as well as remove the boys likeness OFF OF social media, he refused to do either one of those things because this was his only means of support. So, the boys were removed from his home and mom received SOLE CUSTODY of the them. And, in the last month, he has lost his PARENTAL RIGHTS as well!!

There is a lot more to this story. The mother has her side and the father has his. It is an unfortunate story of child custody. Both have their stories of abuse. But, it is serious. The father went from raising the boys for four or five years to shared custody with supervised visits once per week. Supervised visits? That says a lot. I hope the boys are healthy and doing okay.

They were interviewed by the professionals ordered by the court, but unless they were being ABUSED in some way that was PROVEN/DOCUMENTED, no 6 year old will be allowed to make that type of decision. I’m confused about a judge who would change their custody to the Mother. This is due to every video showing these children under the care of their Father with no mention of their Mother or even a gathering which shows the Mother. It appears that the Mother had to be in those children’s lives also or she would not have been given custody. Lastly, I don’t understand the fight to get them back if he can still have share custody rights.. something is missing from this story!
Yes, from what we understand it's a long custody battle. It has been rumored that he kept the boys from the mother. Maybe the judge had evidence of that and changed custody to full. Yes, the boys were taken from the mother allegedly due to physical abuse. He has had the children since they were one years old. Yes, he had lost his job. Inadvertently, their first video went viral and he continued to make the videos. Several celebrities were subscribers. The videos were nice and wholesome. Hopefully, he will get his sons back. The twins’ mother has always been in their lives and there seems to be no evidence that the twins were ever taken away from her for any reason. There has been a shared custody/shared parenting time court order in place since August 2022. This was part of a 3 year custody case and the final order was handed down on 26 March 2024. The twins’ mother was granted sole custody and their father was granted weekly supervised visitation. The court records are public and can easily be accessed online via Maryland Court records. This video presents only one side of the story.

However, the father was asking for help so we assisted. At the same time drawing attention to other plights of black fathers. We showed clips of his pleas for help. In no way did we show favoritism to the father. There were many details we could have included, but chose not to out of fairness to the mother not to engage in that manner. He lost his job during COVID true enough. But he's been using the social media income the boys have generated for lots of lavish spending........thousands of dollars. But when it came time to go to court for the custody hearing, he had NO MONEY, so he had NO ATTORNEY!! He was ORDERED by the court to take down videos of he boys on UA-cam and FACEBOOK, and that lasted about a week, but then he put them back up because the man WON'T GET A JOB and has been living off what the boys made on social media. He's had 4 attorneys, and they ALL quit because he didn't want to follow their advice, and they asked to be removed as attorney of record. And, The Hurtt Advocacy Program GOFUNDME he wants you to donate to?? It is a SHAM!!! No recorded organization, street address is a private home, phones go unanswered, etc. He is using whatever money is collected to LIVE OFF OF!!!!! WHY?? Because the court case is CLOSED!! Now he must go back to court because he violated the order by not removing the boys from social media. Don't believe me??? DO THE RESEARCH!!!! He's a con man who wanted nothing more then to allow those boys to support him!! He's claiming to be the victim, but he victimized those boys by not allowing their Mom to see them, and telling them NOT to talk about her. They were afraid of him and afraid of getting in trouble for saying "Mommy." He was/is rotten to the core.....SMH

This was NOT just about them being on social media, although he defied the court mandate to remove them off of ALL social media platforms. He refused to co-parent with their Mom and kept them away from her at every turn. He wanted people to believe that she was dead/abandoned/didn't want her boys, none of which was true. They lived together but put he put her out one night when she told him she wanted to go back to work when they were 1-1/2 years old. she had nowhere to go and at 4 or 5 am could not take those babies out in the cold in Baltimore in February. She worked, saved her money and took him to court for joint custody of those children. However, after the court appointed attorney for the boys, court appointed therapist for the boys and DCF investigations were complete, April was awarded SOLE custody of the boys with only ONE DAY a week of SUPERVISED visitation for the father. It was determined that he was emotionally/physically abusive to those 6 year old boys.......FACTS!!!

I think at this point it is okay for him, alone, to be on social media. He wouldn't even comply with the court order which was established over a year ago. When it came time for mom to get the boys one of them or both would mysteriously get sick or one had to go the emergency room or some other crazy reasons why they couldn't come. She now has sole legal and physical custody of the boys..no sharing now.
They do NOT have shared custody!! SOLE CUSTODY has been granted to the mother. Jerron Hurtt gets ONE DAY a week, with one hour per week of SUPERVISED VISITATION. And believe me, there is a reason for that!! Thank God they are with their mom now and can have some sort of a normal childhood.

I never knew the background story to this. Wow. Now, maybe he can man up and get a job and take care of his boys instead of vice versa. There's nothing wrong with shared custody. I pray the mom will follow all court orders and not deny him his visitation with his boys. Him not continuing his channel without them speaks volumes. I just wish he wouldn't have used his sons as the main focus for his channel and that his dealings with their mom was better than it was. Prayers to all involved.

The mother, the father and God r the only ones who know the truth in this situation.
The Bible says” Judge ye not, lest you be judged by the same measure”.
To judge either of them is not right.
God and both parents know the real truth.
I do miss seeing them(twins) and do not feel the dad was exploiting them.
Making memories is what they were doing.
Far as where all the money went only the father and God knows.
No one is judging Mr. Hurtt. We agree with your comment about the only ones who really know about this situation. Many feel he was exploiting the boys, however, remember that per a court order he was not to have the twins on any social media platform. He chose to ignore and dismiss the court order, which ended up being one of the main reasons he lost the children. I appreciate your comment. Thanks for commenting.
You/we only saw what he shared. None of us knows what those kids went through when the camera was off. A parent doesn't just get supervised visitation for nothing. More went on than just exploitation that was just part of it. Praying for all involved especially those innocent babies🙏🏽

He ostracized those twins from their mother, portraying a false narrative as if the mom did not exist. He's evil, and those children are where they need d to be. Knock it off with the somber music. He's just sad that his cashhflow has depleted. If he really wanted a change, he would advocate on how the two of them can co-parent in a manner that will best serve the twin s and that does not include having those boys afraid to say mommy. I do not feel sorry for that man.
I hope you realize we are not taking sides. The father asked for help in spreading in his story and that is what we have done. We utilized his own videos so that we would not appear biased. There are two other gentlemen mentioned in this video who are doing positive things. Sorry you don't like the music. You are absolutely correct!! All his evil doings came back to bite him in the behind. He lied on their Mother, CPS, and anyone else advocating on behalf of the boys. He wants them back because his little money makers are gone. She was willing to co-parent, he was not. The court case is over and the boys are, thankfully, permanently with their Mom. And unless he makes changes in his lifestyle and stops failing drug test, visitation will not change, and rightfully so.
So happy the boy's are back with their loving mother. He used the children for money. Begging at it's finest. Those boy's always look terrified of their father.
We are hearing so many good things about the mother. It was a tough battler for her .
