Tez was an important part of the show especially in a election year it baffles me that she’s not there anymore. Some audience members get important info from the new segment. Love envyCharla was so excited to have Tez in the show and I remembered seeing his energy change towards her and envy always rush her off. Am starting to think they’re bothered working with intelligent string minded women😢

Breakfast Club…Body Dysmorphia isn’t reserved for people who take ozempic, get surgery, etc. Many people who have worked hard without supplements have it. People who have been thin their whole life can have it. It can also go multiple ways like muscular people thinking they’re small. It’s almost equivalent to imposter syndrome.
The quick fix always has consequences. When you loose weight naturally and you create a mental and physical discipline so you feel better, plus your body releases happy and natural endorphins.
@@AnyThngButOrdinaryAs someone who lost weight and got fit the right back when these “quick fixes” didn’t exist, I can say doing it the wrong or right way can cause dysmorphia. Ask people in the fitness world… ask people who have been small all their life but still feel overweight or inadequate. So yes, that can cause it but there are so many people who have the experiences outside of that. Being fit doesn’t make you happy 24/7. It helps but it’s not a “quick fix” for mental health either.
