i dont think we saw enough of alice and jasper well any of the cullens really in the movie. they each have such an important part in each book and it just wasnt there in the film. like carlisle's and esmes (i think hers was in 1st book) back story and jasper and alice with bella in the hotel. i hope they include them more in the next films they have even bigger parts in the books as they go on and it will totally be odd if it is just all bella and edward all the time. love twilight, love jasper

You fail. Jasper met Alice in a diner from Alice's vision. Both were solo. They fell in love at first site and were both adopted into the Cullen family at the same time. But b/c there were couples in the family and the humans believed Rose and Jazz were twins, Rose demanded to use the last name Hale (that way having more freedom to marrying Emmett). Jasper took Hale as his name as well since they tend to go along with what the humans believe. They are ALL adoptive Cullens.
