I'm proud of you, Pedro! I stopped drinking in August of 2016...also for health reasons. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Alcohol is a crutch to lean on. Over time, without that crutch, you'll just naturally get stronger...in every way. The crankiness and irritability will dissipate, and you'll feel better overall. I promise! Take care! For a while, I ignored it... But my progress was not what it could have been. So, eventually, I quit drinking. I never said 'I will never have alcohol again'. I just decided that on that particular day, I wasn't going to drink. And the next day - I was going to try real hard not to... I have taken each day for over 3 years now. I feel a lot better... And you can do it too...

Education during your stage is impeccable. If you choose to do the classes, gain knowledge and the tools. It's an amazing growth spert that I thought could never happen. I'm an intellect like you are. I hear you very well. Keep this in mind, your cells are constantly holding on to the alcohol compound. Takes a year to get it all out. Oh and crankiness, also normal as your brain rewires itself. You'll have stages, and I have your back. Keep up the great path your on. You are amazing.

Heres the thing with alcohol I am way more irritated doing gig work long term than without. And gig work is not long term and definitely not a good combo with alcohol its already a crappy job. All the pings from uber make me want to throw my phone sometimes lol. I have been stuck though just drinking 2-3 beers a day for a couple years. Im over it. I dont see how anyone can be a better person with alcohol. Yes it is addicting as $#*!...but keep going. I need to stop for health reasons too. No shame we are not made to tolerate poison period!! Keep going!

Congratulations, but I will tell you this. I hear people say all the time. Well I stop smoking cigarettes. Well I stopped drinking. I talked to a long haired guy in Walmart one day when I was actually picking up beer I put it in my cart and crossed the way. I looked up and he looked at me and he literally told me you should put that back. You should put that back and I laughed jokingly and I asked him I said why is that he said man I haven’t had a cigarette or a beer in over 30 years and I stopped for a second and I was like are you serious and he was like yup I’m very serious. He said that will lead you down the wrong road and I just told him I said well, sir. Congratulations to you and hope all is well and I said not to be rude, but please don’t worry about what I’m doing in my life, as long as I take care of my children, my family and my dogs I’m gonna be OK. I don’t drink and drive. I’m not an alcoholic. I don’t do illegal drugs. or anything like that and he kinda just looked at me and he shook his head and I just told him I’m sorry man if I’m gonna have a beer, I’m gonna have a beer. I work for it and that’s what I enjoy. I don’t get drunk and start shit with people, I stay to myself to be honest with you. I don’t even remember the last time. I had a hangover because I don’t drink the pass out. I drink to knock off the edge. I smoke cigarettes. I don’t smoke around my children and I don’t smoke in my car. Period! But I’m going to do what I want to do and nobody’s gonna change me but congratulations. It’s a hard habit to kick. Good luck.

40 is a good age to just quit. It seems after 40 it just isn’t cute or fun. Especially for those around you..your kids…your spouse…your co workers..neighbors, family ect.
Everybody starts to change at 40…men and women.
You come out of your reproductive years in your forties. Not saying you ..can’t procreate anymore…but you shouldn’t. That is a change.
Your not out at the clubs anymore bouncing around.
Plus life has kicked our ass a little by 40. So add some alcohol with that and instead of having a good time like in the past you start to get angry about things. You become more honest the older you get so add alcohol to that and you can really end up putting your foot in your mouth and really hurt people you didn’t mean to hurt.
Quitting alcohol is not just quitting alcohol it is changing everything that went along with it from the friends you drank with to the places you hang out at.
You gotta replace it with something else. We are very adaptable as humans.
    I quit 6 years ago.
I occasionally wish I wanted to socialize more like when I would drink but that is it. Everything else is all around better. I started exploring the outdoors like I used to when I was a kid and with all the information in our pockets now a days it makes it really fun. I also walk my dogs every single day after work.
    Substituted one for the other.
You will be fine Pedro! A day at a time ..until it’s a week at a time …then a month at a time ..then a year at a time until it is just who you are. No regrets! You got this👍🏼

@@maddashforroadtripcash3477 You did the right thing by switching to vape. There's really no down side to vaping. Nicotine is harmless in moderate doses. Vape is just nicotine and water, and some flavoring. There's nothing dangerous about vaping, even though you will hear the contrary from different groups and the government. Doctors are encouraging there patients that smoke to switch to vape. There's no need to quit, vape it up! Nicotine has some health benefits as well.

Dude I'm a serious binge drinker. I've spent many days watching your videos from a hospital bed. Alcohol is evil. It's a crime the alcohol is legal in marijuana is not. Marijuana has never disrupted my life. Alcohol has kept me from becoming everything that I possibly could ever be. I'm in the hospital right this second watching this video. I'm going to rehab the day after tomorrow. Yo bro I can feel you more than I ever have before.

It is boring. I did it two years ago full-time and at that time it was pretty good and I really enjoyed it now I’m constantly having to stay out all day long and being away from my family. It’s starting to get annoying because you literally have to work almost 7 days a week Now I don’t go out on Tuesdays or Wednesdays because in my market it’s completely trash. It’s not worth it. Honestly I’m gonna go back to a W-2 hopefully and just do this part time and yes, I will be drinking because this W-2 job I work outside all day so when I get home from 95° heat, I’m ready to have a beer

What apps are available to make money on? I'm totally not good with doing drive share apps or anything like that because stranger danger, however I will drop off some stuff to people that they purchase ahead of time at the particular address given but I'm not trying to die also if you do anything like that count me in I'll be ready to watch

@@MicDropBBQ I never claimed to own anything on UA-cam. You’re ok with a grown man constantly complaining about stuff the rest of us are expected to just deal with. It’s called being an adult. I shouldn’t have to constantly hear about his personal problems. You can be his shoulder to cry on. Dude needs to understand that we aren’t following him to listen to him vent his frustrations. It’s to inform, create etc. He stated multiple times that he’s alone even though he has his wife and family. He’s having a mid life crisis in real time.
