How do you reject a call on the steering wheel? I know it's on the screen, but like the steering wheel. The steering wheel just have one button to answer the call or hang up, but not to rejected button similar to the "red" phone button in the past.
Surprisingly there isn't a way to reject it.. only answer through the steering wheel. You'd need to reject the call through the infotainment screen or just ignore the call
So is there a way to get a single swipe of the wiper blades?? This has frustrated me b/c I keep having to turn the blades on when a few drops come down and i just need a single swipe. Most vehicles it's just a pull of the lever or a push in from the side, but neither provides the desired outcome. Thanks!!
Just by moving the rocker on the left stick up a level and then turning it off quickly. Trucks and SUVs with the gear shifter on the column always have a multi use left shifter.. Frustrating for sure
@@CarsWithSteve yeah. this is kind of a big oversight if you ask me.. Something nobody ever thinks about when purchasing a vehicle... Guess i have to move back to the desert now...
I was in the GMC Acadia a few weeks back and it has a right side column mounted shifter and the wiper switches are on the left stick. I probably reached for the right stick to use the wipers a dozen times in the week that I had it haha
I just got a 2024 lariat hybrid. Im desperately trying to bring this odometer display back but not sure how. How do i bring that battery display on the odometer? The one that says 0.7
The far left and far right gauges are always the same, but the middle 2 can be customized which is covered off in the video. But the gauges are: Left: Engine coolant temp Middle 2: Oil pressure, transmission oil temperature, turbo boost, vacuum/boost, battery voltage, air charge temperature or engine oil temperature Right: Fuel level
You'll want to make sure temp gauges are in the middle. They'll be cold (to the left) when you just start the truck but if it runs far to the right, then you're running hot and there could be an underlying issue

My 23 if you quickly push the wash button you get one swipe.
@@griffinreitz7041 yes.. finally figured that out... thx!

Customizing the cluster look is covered in this video around the 6:00 mark
The odometer always shows right under the speedometer. Cannot remove that. Which 0.7 are you talking about?
What about the oil indicators you missed. There are 4 indicators top middle of screen. Oil, gas indicators?

@@CarsWithSteve where should the oil pressure line be?

@CarsWithSteve mine is about a third up from left. Is that normal?
which gauge is sitting at that level?
how did you get your cluster theme to be black like that?
That was just the default setup for this truck... what year and trim level are you in?
@@CarsWithSteve 2024 Lariat w/ black appearance package
You know what.. the 2024 models got the blue background update. I'm going to put a new cluster walkthrough on the to shoot video list
@@CarsWithStevehi can you drop the link for that video? I couldn’t find it but I have been watching a ton of your videos! Love them!
I have a 2022 lariat w/ black appearance package
Steve there’s no gas in the tank!
Funny thing is I added half a jerry can before shooting! A few litres does not move the needle at all
@@CarsWithSteve no lol
